Well…it’s 7:56am here right now and I am still waiting for the rain to stop so I can get on the bike…normally, I’d be onto the 2nd ride by now so I guess I’ll have to do the weight work as I sit here…I guess it’s still hard for me to “go with the flow” and let nature dictate my day so there’s another thing I need to work on…after all, why the heck do I need to get things done so fast every day? Don’t really need to do that anymore but the ingrained go,go, go is a hard thing to overcome…at least for me…even if I don’t get out til 9, I’ll still have the rides done by 11am and that’s not late really…and I don’t have to cook with making a big batch of chicken stir fry and baking another breast to use for sandwiches to use the chicken up before it spoils…need to get on the weight work…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
