Well…it was a pretty easy day after getting the rides in this morning…didn’t even have to cook with using up the rest of the leftovers…and tomorrow is going to be egg day with making egg salad for sandwiches and then an omelet to use up the onions and green pepper…and I took out a chicken breast to bake that for a meal with a baked potato and some corn…and I’m going to continue to use the breaded chicken patties that I need to get out of the freezer so I may eat those until they’re gone later in the week…and that will open up room for other stuff if there is anything ever on sale again…I do need to make some more pickled onions and pickles tomorrow so I’ll have stuff for sandwiches…I even have 4 burgers left in the freezer from quite a while back that are still good so this week is all going to be freezer food…I did another day of eating more today as I did yesterday but I still ran out of steam around 2 again and have been struggling with being tired since…oh, well…now I want to read more and I think I will..\/.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
