Well…up and running at 5:37 this morning and I feel bad that sleeping at all was aided by a benadryl last night…but it’s either that or getting up at 4am again and my body just can’t take that right now…after all the yard work yesterday, I’m pretty sore everywhere just like normal and my right hip is howling that I hope will go away after I get it warmed up on the bike…need to get out before 7am with the little rain that is coming in but the thunderstorms they are forecasting just aren’t going to happen with how the radar looks…might be out in some wind this morning since they have a beach hazard statement on and that usually means wind and waves at the beach…I do feel okay this morning and have a little energy so I’m going to toast a bagel to keep the fuel levels up for the rides…going to be eating out of the freezer again today but will be getting more chicken at aldis tomorrow since it makes easy meals…maybe masala later in the week…or another stir fry…not much to do today…after the outdoor work, I need to get started on cleaning the windows for the summer and I may start on the kitchen today…who knows?
