Well…the grocery run today started out pretty normal until I got to the e-way…stopped there at the light with no one in front of me and when I took off, it was an easy 1-2 and 2-3 shift but once in 3rd, I did a “Italian tuneup” of the car with running it up to 7,200 rpms when the rev limiter came in and said “stop idiot” and I actually laughed out loud…then I got to aldis and decided to buy a dozen eggs since they were only 1.44 and I have been enjoying egg salad sandwiches lately…when I opened the container to check for broken eggs, there was a brown egg in it and I laughed out loud…the guy stocking the shelves looked at me like I was crazy and I thought “yes I am”…then I went to Meijers for the rest of the groceries and to see if I could get a small pork shoulder for 1.79 a pound…and I found one that was only about 6 pounds and was boneless when every other one I’ve bought had a pound of bone in it…so that was only a little over 8 bucks instead of 17 like the rest of them…and then when I was checking out, “Peg” by Steely Dan came on the speakers and I laughed again…I had the top down on the car and it was so much fun since it has been working so well lately…so the morning was good with getting two rides in along with all of the cool stuff on the grocery run…nice to have fun…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
