Well…darn, it appears that the depression I haven’t seen in over a year is back and I don’t like it one bit…have been feeling off the past couple of weeks and it feels like I’m just enduring my life again…I know it will go away at some point but right now it’s a bit of a struggle…I did get some stuff done yesterday but I didn’t get any windows cleaned and I need to do that with the hot temps that are coming next week…going to be in the mid to upper 80’s all week so I will be going to the beach at some point…I’m starting to get really tired of having to get going so early every morning…I mean it’s 5:44 and I still need to get the weight work in before I get on the bike by 6:30…and then beat the hell out of myself on the bike or 2 1\/2 hours…I just want to lie down on the couch and read but I still feel that I have to earn it by doing the rides and cleaning…still have leftover pork shoulder for the next couple of days so at least I don’t have to cook today but I do need to plan something for the weekend and get the chicken out of the freezer…okay, need to get off my butt and get going…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
