Well…is there ever too much coffee? Yeah, today I found out the question to that is yes…had a whole pot of 12 cups over the day today and I still feel pretty wired at 3:25 in the afternoon…I even made a 2nd pot but thought better of trying it after feeling a little strange…haven’t had that much coffee ever, I think, and I’ll try to not do that again…the day started out okay with dragging my butt out and getting on the bike by 6:30 am but then remembered it was the Seaway run today with 3-4,000 people running along my trails but I made it back here before the runners got to the return leg but then had to wait to go out for ride 2 until 11am when the races were over…after I got back at noon or so, I had lunch and then started back in on the widows and got 4 of them done today so that leaves me only 2 to do and I may do that tomorrow…or maybe not…it’s supposed to rain and since I have to go outdoors to do one of them I sure don’t want to get wet…I even got a little time to read…it is nice to have clean windows that I have open for a nice breeze blowing through…I really do need some time off after going all day…going to be sore tomorrow but will get back to normal and I’m looking forward to that..more reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
