Well…okay, I came to the realization today that I’m boring most days and I’m not going to apologize for it…look, if you’ve lived as many years as I have you just run out of novel things to do or have happen…like today, yes I got the 2 bike rides in but after that I just screwed around and read…and what’s interesting about that? Not much to be honest…I did see two herds of deer on the rides this morning…one with 8 deer in it and one with 7…do those numbers make a herd? Who knows and who decides? If I call it a herd does that make it a herd? To me it does so herd it is….I had a flock of starlings hit my yard this afternoon to use the water container I put out for the animals and it was funny to watch them take turns splashing in it…I’ll have to remember to fill it tomorrow…you know how boring my day was? I think trimming my beard was an accomplishment…what did I have to eat today? Hmmm…it wasn’t memorable but I do remember a bowl of potato soup and two eggs and two slices of toast for dinner…okay, that doesn’t sound like much but I forgot the bagel with cream cheese I had before I got on the bike…so that makes it a little over 1K calories for the day…and yes, I know that’s not enough but I really can’t eat more than that…no popcorn tonight since last night’s didn’t taste as good as earlier in the weekend…okay, need to figure out what the heck to watch tonight…no more reading…crap, I still need to do the weight work…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
