Well…another night and I think I may be feeling better, finally, but I won’t know that until later….but the signs are there….and I had a good night with watching disc 2 of “Dexter” to keep the boredom at bay….ever since the flat on the bike Sunday, I have been sore all over but I even think that may be going away….but the front that I put on seems to be leaking so I’ll need to take it back apart and see what the problem is…might have to buy another tube today….probably with the leak stop in it so I won’t have to worry about flats anymore….not much to do today…it is grocery day and I’ll have to wait until after lunch to ride since it is so cold out…I will have more later since I did all of the work yesterday to get caught up…..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
