Well…that was a weird night and let’s leave it at my friend T is still alive but not doing well and I know that from an hour phone call after I went to bed last night…so, I’m running late today and I just poured the first cup of coffee at a little after 6 and need to pour it down fast to get on the bike by 6:30…no bagel or weight work today but I’ll force that later in the day…we didn’t get the rain we were supposed to so I’ll be out here in a minute but it might rain this morning so I need to get going…as expected, I didn’t sleep well last night but didn’t drag my butt out of bed to 5:44 and that is not an accomplishment so I’m not going to count it…still pretty damn sore from the house washing and my right thumb is feeling the abuse so I’ll have to treat it before I head out in a minute…I should still be able to get two rides in before 9 and it’s forecast to rain around 10 so that works for me…not going to do much today but cook and plan meals for the weekend but that will be it….more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
