Well…damn, I knew that sleeping was not going to get easy even with not getting out of bed til 6:25 yesterday…so, I’m back to waking up at 4:30 and that sucks…and I have a lot of stuff to do this morning so I need to get at it…and I need to eat something before I get on the bike since I know I was under with calories yesterday…going to hit DD this morning to buy freezer food for when I get back from Italy so I can ease back into normal life….need to do the weight work before I get on the bike so I don’t skip it like yesterday…only going to do one ride before I get going unless I get the first one done before 7:30 since I can’t hit Meijers until 9am with having a prescription to pick up…going to have to keep packing today so I’ll be ready to fly in a week and that means laundry today but I still need clothes to wear so I’ll have to do another load next week…at least it’s not raining so I’ll be able to keep the car cleaned and put the top down for the runs today…need to go to the city offices to pay my taxes and water bill after the groceries so I am going to get going right now…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
