Well…up and running at 5am this morning which has even become normal 6 hours earlier than in the US…and I think that’s pretty weird but I haven’t been anywhere to test that theory…had a good day yesterday with it being a travel day but still got a museum in with a lot of old masters that were painted from the 1200s to the 1500s…taking a tour of the huge old cathedral this morning but will be done about noon and then have the rest of the day to just explore…I just may spend 100 euros to find some leather goods that they say are an “investment” since they are not cheap but we’ll see…we’ll probably explore around here after lunch and I do want to see the 1000 year old covered bridge that I saw from the museum yesterday…I really do think this will be my last trip and I’m not sure how I feel about that…I am so ignorant about modernity in hotels that I didn’t know to put the room key in a slot inside the door to make the lights work and I am a little embarrassed abut that…oh, well…you can’t know everything when you don’t travel a lot…off we go to another day…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
