Well…I can tell this is going to be a day where I’ll need extra coffee made with how I feel right now…didn’t get up til 5:23 and I am late to get the day started…again…but I do have to remind myself I can’t be late for anything anymore…what does it matter if I get the bike rides done by 8:30 or 9? But I do want to get out in the dark with it almost 70 right now to have the last day in the year of going out in a t-shirt at 6:30 am…have been pretty sore lately but feel a little better this morning so I’ll skip the ibuprofen…my legs are having a hard time adjusting to being back on the bike after 16 days off and I sure hate getting old since I know that’s why I lost my bike fitness so easily…oh, well…I do have to get my ballot filled out so I can drop it off tomorrow and I have to do a grocery list but that is the only work I have to do today after getting a lot done yesterday….it was supposed to rain last night but nothing except about a 5 minute shower late yesterday afternoon so that’s not enough to get the food washed into the ground…but there are more showers for later in the week and I will need to figure out when to mow…okay, need to get the 2nd cup of coffee and a bagel then on the bike…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
