Well…up at 5am again today but that now feels pretty normal so I guess I’ll live with it…feel a little worn out this morning but that won’t keep me from the routine of getting out on the bike as soon as the 2nd cup of coffee is in me…it was nice to get some things done yesterday and I’m going to do the grocery run today since I have 2 prescriptions that I need to pick up..and I have some food coupons to use that will save me 5 bucks that I need to use…my damn neck has been hurting every morning for a week now and I need to figure out why…the stretches aren’t working like they used to so I think I’ll hit it with some topical before I go out…it’s only 42 degrees here so I’ll be out in full thermasuit today and I hope the stars are visible again so I can just stop and look…have to do the top treatment on the car after I get back from the grocery run but that’s all I have to do today so there will be reading later…on the 3rd book of the haul that I’ll finish today and I’m not sure who the next author will be…doesn’t matter I guess…the first 3 have been good and I hope I have a few more I haven’t read…okay, need to get off my butt and get moving…it’s almost 6am and I need to have a bagel before I head out..more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
