Well…as I said, I’m not going to talk much about how I sleep anymore since it’s not giving me any insights on how to sleep better…it’s going to be another cold start on the bike with it only 41 right now but I’m used to that already…I think…my toes were white and cold when I finished yesterday but not as bad as they have been…I have the day off after the bike rides today since I did the grocery run yesterday so that means some reading time and maybe some cleaning…the kitchen could use a once over so maybe I’ll do that…still no cooking with leftovers in the fridge that appear will last longer than I thought but I will need to plan something for later in the week…I did buy some Prego pasta sauce that is a creamy tomato\/ricotta and I thought I’d give it a try…only 1.39 so no big deal if it sucks…but if it doesn’t, it’s still on sale this week and I can get more…so that means I need to make pasta later to try it…the bike has been working well since I did the work to it last week and I need to figure out how to replace the bottom bracket since the bearings are worn out…probably find a youtube video of someone doing it…the leaves are still waiting to fall but that should start to happen next week and then I can start picking then up…it’s nice to be caught up and have a day where I can do what I want…I am retired, after all…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
