Well…from the time I went out for the rides this morning, the wind has been blowing about 25mph out of the south and I figured out that it is good for something…I went to the back door to see if the new seals were leaking and they weren’t…no air at all coming through and if this is how they perform in a 25 mph wind, I think they’ll be fine for the winter…and that’s one less thing I have to think about getting ready for winter…I still do need to buy some new furnace filters and I’ll get them this week when I go out to look for a new snow shovel…I wonder if the roads by Menards are finished yet? The last time I had to wind through a mall to get there and that was a pain and don’t want to do that again…it was 60 degrees when I went out this morning before 6am so I was in shorts and I may have one more day before the bottom falls out of the low temps…I am already used to dressing warmly for the rides since we’ve had some 30’s already but I’m not used to the cold yet…that will take a couple of weeks and judicious use of the heating pad when I get back from the rides…okay…have been avoiding any and all reporting ont he election and I’ll keep that up all day…so back to reading…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
