Well…it was a not too busy day today but I did get the rides in, paid the water bill and made Masala…when I suited up for the first ride and got out about 100 yards, it started to rain and I really didn’t want to get cold and wet since it was only 53 degrees…which it has been all day…so I came back and waited a half hour to go out after the rain stopped and by then the city offices were open so I could stop and pay the bill… the wind was nuts, though and I was going into the wind all the way out to the beach…and when I got over the hill on the way to the beach, I had to pedal like crazy to go downhill the wind was so high…still feeling pretty beat today and still have the weight work to do so I need to get to it…it will be nice to not have to cook the rest of the week but I do still need to figure out what comes after the Masala…probably some pasta since I have 5 jars of sauce after going crazy on the Prego last week…oh, I did see the turkeys today and one of them was perched on top of the 6 foot fence around the paper plant site…made me laugh but she flew down before I could get a photo,,,<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
