Well…up and moving at 5:30 today and need to start pouring the coffee down to get moving…one of these days I’m not going to get moving but I think I’ll save that for snow days that are coming…crap, we are in one of those temps that are in between and I’m not sure how much of thermasuit to put on…overdressing would be a good idea for the first ride since I really do hate being cold and it’s only 51 out there…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and today is going to be the same since I did laundry yesterday and really don’t have much to do today…but I do need to get on the bike by 6:30 so I need to haul some butt to get going…still feeling sore as heck today so I think I’ll throttle back to about 75% on the rides…forgot to charge the lights for the bike overnight so I hope they have enough charge to get through a ride…and I think they should have enough…got three days out of them when I first got them but they have less time to run in the cold…okay, need to toast a bagel and get my butt out the door…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
