Well…it was a long day out yesterday so I am running a little slow today…but the Lions whipped on the Bears so that was cool…I am a little disappointed that lunch with T on Wed was canceled but that’s how it goes sometimes….okay….this isn’t working right now so I’m going to go and come back later…<\/p>\n

Okay..the coffee and papers have done their trick and I’m back for a few minutes before I start working out..injured myself doing that yesterday and I am wondering how long it’s going to take to recover…the weird thing is, my arm only hurts when I work out, I can do everything else with just a twinge…oh, well…I may have things to do today…pool with Tom and then I’m meeting up with K for a couple after that so I’ll have to take it easy while shooting…but that’s okay…I did ride the bike out for coffee today and it felt good but tinged with a sense of impending winter with the weather changes that are coming later in the week…but there’s nothing I can do about that so I’ll stop thinking about it….<\/p>\n

Today is number 173 on the bike…only 10 more to go…
