I did get a bunch of stuff done around here and the place is starting to look acceptable again so that&#8217;s a plus&#8230;.no dreams or anything to report and I was good last night so I feel okay today&#8230;not that happy that there is a coating of snow on the ground but it is December in Michigan so you really do have to expect it&#8230;you don&#8217;t have to like it but you do have to accept that it will happen at some point&#8230;and, compared to last year, it has been okay so far&#8230;and the winter solstice has come and gone so the gloom will start to shorten every day&#8230;only two more months of winter&#8230;see, I can be an optimist&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;just going to lay low and try not to spend any money..and watch the Lions break my heart again today&#8230;.I guess that&#8217;s another thing like Michigan winter&#8230;you know it&#8217;s coming but there really is nothing you can do about it&#8230;more later&#8230;or not, it is the weekend, after all&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it was another day yesterday&#8230;just like the thousands of others that I&#8217;ve survived and that&#8217;s something, I guess.
