Well…running late today since it is grocery day and that does take some time….what the hell is going on with the weather here in GR? I mean, 47 degrees in August? And only in the 70’s for highs? August is supposed to be high humidity and 90’s as the summer winds down…I hear it is supposed to get back to normal next week so that will be the week to get out to GH. It was an okay day yesterday and I got the car cleaned and waxed but not much else done….I am still so sore that doing anything that is too strenuous is really a pain…I guess I’ll have to remember the ibuprofen in the mornings to try to get the tendon swelling down…slept okay last night and the new tenant upstairs is not an A\/C junkie like the last one so that keeps it pretty quiet at night…not much to do today…just the normal stuff of workout, riding the bike, and cooking…the kitchen floor need a scrubbing and I may get to that today…maybe not…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
