Well…running late again today and I am going to blame it on the soreness in my neck that just won’t go away…and I know it’s bad when I start taking ibuprofen before 8am….but, it may be that I’m sleeping better and hurting it that way…who knows? It was an okay day yesterday but an almost total veg out and that just can’t continue to happen when I do have things to do….so, I’m going to work on that today…cleaning needs to be done and I do need to drive the car since it has gone about a quarter of a mile since Friday and that is not good for it…I do need to get out to the beach this week, too since it is getting to the end of August and I haven’t been there yet…it is supposed to be about 90 on Thurs so that looks like the day if nothing else comes up….right now, I need to get on the weight machine and then out on the bike…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
