Well…running late again today and it’s just because I can’t seem to get moving….but, I’m going to try..it was an okay day yesterday but it devolved into a veg day with all of the races that were on and I don’t feel guilty about it…okay, I do a little but what can you do about it? Not much, so I’m just going to get on with today and see what happens…slept okay last night but no dreams again but that is just the normal state of things now….not much to do today…I do have to go over to Tom’s later to hang out for a while and that should be fun and I just might have to wash the car today, too…but, to get there I need to get moving to work out and get the bike ride in….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
