Well…running late again today but it is just a lack of motivation today, I think….slept okay but on my left arm so the tendonitis has flared to the point that I can barely move it…tried to pick up a glass of water and the pain is worse than it has been all year…I am getting really, really, tired of it and I’m not sure what to do about it…oh, well….I am going to get on the bike this aft since I feel so guilty after having taken the last two days off…one good thing is I woke up without the normal pain in my legs but I’d rather have the pain and not the guilt….I did get a few things done yesterday but there is much more to do…have to get the leaning tower of papers out to recycling and should clean the bathroom…the operative word there is should…not much to do today….should do some maint on the car since it is not raining or snowing…just need to check the coolant and oil before winter….I do need to do a few of these today since I am two down for the month already and that is nagging at me…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
