Well…it was another long day yesterday and the Lions lost, again, so that made it even worse…but, I shouldn’t be surprised at that….slept okay, I think, since the blankets and pillows are still on the bed and not the floor but I am a little tired this morning…I am looking forward to another week of no cocktails…I was pretty good last week and felt so much better…so, I’ll keep it up to try to keep my weight down now that I can’t ride the bike….not too motivated this morning but I do need to work out at some point…but, I think I’ll have my second cup of coffee first….not much to do today…I am going to clean some since the kitchen really needs it and the bathroom could use some work, too…so, another boring day…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
