Well..this damn software lost another one yesterday so this will have to be a combo of today’s and yesterdays…it was an okay day yesterday and I did have a bunch of stuff to do with helping C on getting his water flowing in his house again and generally getting dirty which was okay…slept really, really crappy and have been up since 4:30 but I still have energy so maybe it will be okay..have already gone out to do a little grocery shopping since I was out of food but spent 23 bucks that I don’t have…oh, well…I do need to eat…have been thinking about cutting it down to every other day, though, just to see how the body will fare….I used to do that all the time when I was trying to lose weight so maybe it will work again?
