Well…getting to the end of the month so you are going to see a couple of fillers since there is nothing really going on that I want to comment on….not that there are not things happening, I just can’t work up the requisite outrage to do a good one…so, I won’t…it has been a normal day today and I did get out on the bike…the lungs and hands were not okay for this ride, though…I think my hands going numb were the worst part and there is still way too much snow out there still so I can still only go 8 miles…hoping that the next couple of days will open up enough to get to 10 or so and I really want to get out of the full thermasuit…riding is just not as much fun all bundled up….okay…there is still soccer on so I am going to get more water and watch the rest of the match…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
