Well…it was a long day yesterday with waiting for the guys to come to work on the furnace until 2:30 and then out for a couple with G and then back here…was so worn out I was in bed before 10 last night but that didn’t help…still feel worn out today and part of it is not eating enough yesterday…only had some smoked fish for lunch and that was a total of about 600 calories for the entire day…so today I need to ramp it up and get to 2,000…will be kind of hard but I have to try….I did sleep okay even without any aids and had dreams about the eclipse that I didn’t see because of the clouds that moved in….it is nice to have this place cleaned up for a few days and that means I have nothing to clean today…so, I think I’ll get out on the bike after the second cup of coffee since it is already 50 outside…more later…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
