Well…have been really looking forward to getting back on the bike since the snow and ice is off the trails and I have been too much of a slug lately…so, today, I get the thermasuit on including double gloves since it was only about 29 degrees when I decided to go out and head out but there was something wrong that I just haven’t been able to put my finger on…just didn’t feel right from the time I got on and it was so much more effort than I ever expected…after all, I’ve only been off it for a couple of weeks and the ride on Sunday was pretty good…and you would think that after 22,000 miles on the thing that it would be like riding a bike…ha,ha…yeah, I know, bad joke….it only took about a half mile before my hands started to cramp…probably from the double gloves and they still hurt now after many hours…at least they weren’t cold but the rest of the ride was just brutal and I can’t remember wanting to just get it over with before….with that said, I’ll be back at it tomorrow like an idiot…just can’t believe that my lungs and legs have regressed as much as they have in just two weeks….feels like the first week out in the spring….oh, well…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
