{"id":9717,"date":"2015-01-20T08:48:37","date_gmt":"2015-01-20T13:48:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=9717"},"modified":"2015-01-20T08:48:37","modified_gmt":"2015-01-20T13:48:37","slug":"january-20th-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jamesdevol.com\/?p=9717","title":{"rendered":"January 20th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well&#8230;it was an okay day yesterday but I didn&#8217;t get much done again&#8230;.slept okay with being good and no sleep aides but I am sore from tossing and turning&#8230;and, I know I&#8217;ll run out of steam pretty early with only getting about 4 hours total last night&#8230;but, it&#8217;s something I need to do so I guess I&#8217;ll keep it up for a while&#8230;.I do really miss riding the bike but this year I have been better at keeping the weight off&#8230;.but, one of the problems with that is that I can only take in about 1,000 cals a day which sets me up for being tired during the day&#8230;but the tooth hurting is helping with not eating&#8230;.I never know if eating is going to fire up the pain so I&#8217;m reluctant to do it&#8230;not much to do today&#8230;resumes&#8230;yay?
