Well….it was a strange, long day yesterday without coffee and getting out of my normal routine….but, there were things that needed to be done so I did them…I did get out to see K and C for a couple and that was fun but too short….slept okay last night, too, but now I’m getting greedy that I want to sleep through an entire night just one more time…I did get a bunch of other stuff done yesterday, too, so there has been progress…I hesitate to mention that my tooth has been good for a week now since that will trigger more pain…and I am getting over the flu that I’ve had for over a week now and feel okay today…not much to do today…going to meet T for lunch and that will help the fact that nothing still tastes good…it has been good for my weight over the winter but not for how I feel….going to go big on flavor over the weekend to try to make it easier to eat…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
