Well…it was an okay day yesterday but I didn’t get much done…I did make a little cash so I can buy groceries this week and that is cool…slept okay again last night and it almost seems that it is a good pattern that is repeatable…had dreams, too, with Kevin Spacey in them and that was really weird but that just meant I slept well enough to get into REM….I am feeling a little better every day but still have the after effects of the flu..or it’s allergies, either one has left me stuffed up but the energy levels are coming back and that feels good…and I was good last night and that has a big part to play in it so I’ll keep that up until later in the week….not much to do today…have some errands to run this morning but that is about it….the kitchen needs cleaning, too so I think I’ll make that a goal…more later….<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
