Well….things appear to be closing in on the idiot trump this week when a federal judge shut down his claims of “executive privilege” as he tries to hide his role in the insurrection…and she did it three times with three rulings that slapped him down hard and opened the way to release of some of the information tomorrow. She really had to explain to idiot boy’s lawyer that executive privilege resides with the current president and knocked down trump’s assertion that privilege “exists in perpetuity” and the money quote was this one…”but presidents are not kings and plaintiff is not president” and made sure to make the point that privilege belongs to the office, not any individual and that Biden has made it abundantly clear that he will not invoke and privilege on any of the records. So, finally, we may start to see just how deeply idiot boy and his minions were involved with the planning and operation of the insurrection….and then maybe some charges will finally be brought…but with Garland as AG, I don’t hold out a lot of hope for that happening…geez…

Why hasn’t the idiot been prosecuted?
Well…I’ve had this thought kicking around in my head a while and thought I’d try to get it out of there…whey hasn’t idiot boy been prosecuted for his malfeasance during the start of the covid pandemic? With estimates saying that his failures cost an additional 130,000 American lives, he at least should be prosecuted for negligent homicide and be locked up for the rest of his life…especially since all of their decisions were politically motivated…especially at the start when it looked like the virus was only attacking blue states and minorities and they were perfectly okay with that. What needs to happen, and I am confused why it hasn’t, is a investigation of the pandemic response from start to finish to find out what really happened…and then the doj needs to get involved to prosecute anyone who made it worse as they just did in Brazil with the investigators recommending charges against Bolsinaro…and since he is considered a mini trump, trump should be charged as well….geez…
Why hasn’t he been arrested yet?
Well…I’m getting pretty tired of rich people getting to do all kinds of crimes and then just walk away tra la la….and you’re probably tired of me talking about the idiot trump but damn, another instance of tax fraud at one of his golf courses was just reported yesterday and there appears to be enough evidence to indict the criminal for the same damn thing he has been doing all of his life….inflating the worth of his golf course to get bigger loans and then deflating it when he was paying taxes on it…this is felony tax fraud and he has done it on every property he has ever owned and yet no indictment, no arrests, no consequences….I wonder why he never has to get an appraisal to get loans…is that just for the little people? I know I had to get one when I got the loan for this place…or I wonder if he has appraisers who are in on the scam? Whatever the case, these simple actions are against the law but not one damn prosecutor has the guts to charge this asshole…and the corrosive effect on the rule of law is seen every damn day…and the repubs are the ones who are doing it…they are even trying to protect Steve Bannon to keep him from being held accountable for plotting the January 6th insurrection by blocking his arrest for ignoring the house subpoenas…this bullshit never would have happened when I was younger…but the modern repubs are truly the party of lies and cheating and they are going to kill this country…geez…
Some thoughts…
Well…just got finished for the day and thought I’d just muse a little on some thoughts I had on the bike…you know, the idiot trump really doesn’t know how anything works…especially the government…and he has some really dumb lawyers…just earlier in the week, idiot boy sued the January 6th committee citing “executive privilege” on “his” records dealing with the insurrection….man, I’m just sitting here shaking my head about that one….first, not one damn piece of these records are “his”…they belong to the US government and his ability to claim executive privilege ended when he was no longer the executive…that belongs to Biden now and he has control over the records and has said that the committee can have anything they want to be able to do their jobs and figure out who was responsible for the attack…and to that end the committee has voted to hold Steve Bannon in contempt of congress for refusing to provide the records they have subpoenaed…and idiot boy has told him that he doesn’t have to using the same bogus claim of “executive privilege” the he is trying to use to keep his ass out of jail….so there is some movement…finally…to hold the people responsible for the insurrection accountable…it’s about damn time…geez..
Oleg Deripaska got raided…
Well…okay, you can be forgiven for not knowing who this guy is but you should when it comes to the idiot trump’s criminality…..Oleg is one of Putin’s buddies and has been involved with all of Putin’s election interference and money laundering, and is one person who is linked to trump in multiple ways…oh, and ole Mitch, too…when idiot boy removed the sanctions that Oleg’s business had on it so he could build an aluminum plant in Kentucky…and even repubs said the whole thing reeked of corruption. So today, the FBI raided his house in DC and the interesting thing is that the raid is said to be related to a case being pursued in the SDNY where there are at least two investigations of idiot boy going on right now…so, we can only hope that this is related to one of them and Oleg starts to sing to stay out of prison and takes trump and McConnell down with him….an interesting development to say the least….
Did some work today…
Well…don’t think this place has been this clean since I moved in…have been working on cleaning all day and just took the ac unit downstairs and I am about done for the day…I have been looking for a topic for today without a lot of luck and that is disappointing…I did read about another insider’s look at the idiot’s wh and it was even worse than anyone knew…I mean playing show tunes to keep idiot boy calm and not telling him the staff sent AF1 to take the Bush’s to GHW’s funeral? I had to laugh when a jury ruled that Alex Jones has to pay damage to Sandy Hook parents for calling them “crisis actors” on his infowars website…now we wait for the damages to be awarded that will probably bankrupt this asshole and his website…good riddance. The dems are still fighting with themselves over the bills that are necessary to save this country and I can’t figure that out….but, I do applaud the progressive caucus for standing firm against the so-called moderates who are just repubs in different clothes and who only want to do the bare minimum…they sure look like they don’t understand that it is time to go big to fix this country…and to give me and all the other retirees dental insurance for medicare….not sure how long I can wait to have my dental work started…can hold out for a while but not too much longer…what else? Yeah, I think that’s enough for today….got the two rides in and then cleaning for a couple of hours has me pretty worn out…and the loctite didn’t work on the seat so I took my 12″ crescent wrench and reefed on it..I seem to remember I had to do that to the black bike, too…got through the second ride with no problem but we’ll see tomorrow….

Well…I see there is a new book coming out co written by Bob Woodward (of Watergate fame) that really is quite scary…in it they say the idiot trump had planned try to start a war to stay in power and you could see it with idiot boy’s belligerence toward China…and they quote the chairman of the joint chief’s, General Milley, saying he noticed a “severe mental decline” in the idiot after the election and even went so far as to use backchannel communication with his counterpart in China to assure him that the US was not going to attack them to keep them from launching a first strike. All of this because a minority of the country thought it was a good idea to elect a mentally unstable moron to the presidency. I still have a question, though…everyone knew this about trump, so why didn’t any of these supposed concerns turn into action against the idiot? Why are we now just hearing about this? This is what happens when a political party puts itself above the country and any tactic or lie is fair game…and it is still going on right now from the repubs as they still listen to the unstable idiot from Florida….geez…

Well…I still can’t believe it’s raining out here and that is keeping me off the bike today….at least this morning so I thought I’d come here for a second one before I make lunch…did you see the new grift that the idiot trump and his minions have cooked up? A ‘trump” card that makes you an official member of the cult that you can carry around with you…for what reason, I don’t know…but, I do know it’s going to cost a donation of some amount…probably 50 bucks and I wonder if they will make them expire so they can re-charge the rubes once a year just like they got caught doing last year when one time donations were turned into a weekly ones and emptied many of the rubes bank accounts. Oh, and these geniuses misspelled “official” on one of the cards by leaving out the second I…do any repubs know how to spell or how to proof read anything? Oh, and these “donations” can be used by idiot boy for any reasons…to pay personal expenses, buy cars, houses, etc. or spend it any way they want….so you know it’s just a grift…one good thing that will come of this is that as trump shakes down the rubes for his own purposes, they will have less to donate to other repubs and you know not one penny of what idiot boy collects will go to anyone but him….but still, I know some of these people will put these damn cards on lanyards and wear them around their necks just to “own” the libs…but what it will do is to help the sane of us identify the trumpites and stay the hell away from them…geez…

Well…cripes, the idiot in chief is still delusional and is taking all of his cronies with him…they are still having “cabinet” meetings and “making plans and working hard” to quote the ex-chief of staff meadows…trump, working hard? Ha, ha…it is to laugh to quote Daffy Duck….idiot boy has never worked hard in his life and the only reason he is doing anything at all it to keep bilking the rubes out of their cash…and that’s it…since he discovered the group of morons still willing to believe his lies and he can raise 60 million dollars just by keeping them worked up and sending out a few e-mails, do you think he would ever do anything but that again? I guess he is in the endorsement business now but he is not very good at that either since the first two candidates that he put his considerable weight behind have lost their elections….and let’s not forget all of the lawsuits/criminal charges that are coming from SDNY and all over the country…one funny thing to remember, even after raising all that cash, idiot boy is still stiffing rudy and not paying any of his legal bills…and rudy is reported to be almost broke…couldn’t happen to a bigger asshole….geez

Well….this just came across the news a few minutes ago….the DOJ has ruled that the House ways and means committee has the right to the idiot trump’s tax returns….yep, the loser loses another one when Bill Baar is not there to protect him….I’m not sure what this really means at this point but they can now give them to their staff and their accountants can now pore over them to see where he cheated on them….whether or not the House can make a criminal referral, I’m not sure, but whatever is in them can now be released by the committee if they so choose….and that could be the final nail that keeps idiot boy from running again if idiot boy is not indicted by NYC…can’t wait to hear the loser rant about this one…
