Well..have been feeling a little crappy today and I’m not sure why that is other than I may be getting a cold…have had a headache all day and have just now started coughing and sneezing…but, that’s not what this is about…have been in overload mode for a while now with all of the criminality and stupidity coming out of the idiot trump’s WH but there is one thing I wanted to remind people of as they investigate how the hell Jared Kushner got a top secret clearance. The latest reporting has idiot boy just ordering his chief of staff, John Kelly, to approve those clearances, disregarding every intelligence agency in the country who knew that Kushner is a huge security risk and had no business being able to access top secret material…but, trump ignored the entire process and just gave them to him and let’s remember what happened when the clearance was issued…immediately after, Kushner got a list of all of the dissidents that were opposing bin Salman in Saudi Arabia and handed it over to MBS so he could then use that list to jail and murder his opposition and consolidate his power. Just after that, Kushner magically got a loan from Saudi allies to get him out from under his bad decisions on a building in Manhattan that was going to bankrupt his company. So, Kusher and trump used the intelligence services of the US for personal gain and to aid a repressive regime in the middle east to murder people…and not one damn repub has said a word about it….but, but, but…Hillary’s e-mails…yeah, sounds pretty ridiculous doesn’t it? All of these criminals need to be locked up…impeach…

Holy crap!
Well…as you can see, I didn’t come back for another one about Cohen yesterday and part of it was there was so much information and bombshells that I wanted to wait to see the summary that Rachel did last night. There are a few things right off the top that jumped out at me…first, Don Jr. is in deep shit for signing one of the reimbursement checks given to Michael Cohen for paying off the women who had affairs with the idiot trump. Oh, and the older idiot signed one, too, and they are both felonies that will be charged at some point. So, little donnie, wipe that smug grin off your face…there is a prison in your future, just like daddy. Another interesting point is that the older idiot must have lied on his written answers to Mueller since he denied knowing about Wikileaks and their role in conspiring with trump when Cohen was in the room when Stone called and told trump that he had just talked to Assange and the stolen e-mails were coming…and trump said great! Another felony….oh, haven’t talked about bank fraud yet. When trying to get a loan from Deutsche Bank, trump and Cohen inflated trump’s assets to get them to approve the loan…and, even though trump didn’t get the loan, lying to get it is the same thing that Paul Manafort was convicted of and will spend the rest of his life in prison for. Is that enough? I think one of the reasons why trump and his cronies lied so much about their crimes is that they are ignorant of how the justice system works and thought that no one could care if they lied or scammed their way through life. This time, they are going to pay…and if trump was smart, which he isn’t, he would be negotiating his resignation to make the charges go away…but doubling down on his stupidity seems to be the only thing he knows how to do…keep it up idiot…impeach…
Michael Cohen…part 1
Well…just want to do a shorty on what we know so far from Michael Cohen’s testimony to the senate yesterday, and by his opening statement for the house committee he is testifying to at 10 this morning. While the senate testimony was private, a comment by senator Mark Warner gives an idea what to expect today when he just shook his head and said he’s never seen anything like it and it is much worse than he knew. Today’s testimony is going to focus on the continuous lies that trump has told to cover up his criminality…but there was one little nugget in there about Roger Stone where he called trump with Cohen in the room, put the phone on speaker, and proceeded to have Stone tell him he was in contact with Wikileaks and the stolen e-mails were on their way…can you say collusion, folks? So, I may do more of these as the testimony goes on or I may wait until it’s over since yesterday’s went over 10 hours and I need to watch Man U this afternoon….
Almost forgot…
Well….it has been such an out of sorts day today that I almost forgot to come back here for another one…I don’t really have any one big topic for this one but I do have a few comments that I wanted to make before the end of the day….okay…just didn’t want to get behind…at least it’s not a placeholder…or is it? Okay, the big week is here that we will see Michael Cohen testifying in front of 3 congressional committees, even one in public in the House on Wednesday where he has said that he has evidence that he is bringing to support his testimony…so, I am looking forward to that and may even watch it in real time….oh, and there is new reporting that idiot boy has told his team of lawyers to stay on even after Mueller completes his work and drops his report since the SDNY will still be working on trump’s crimes long after Mueller is retired again…and one of the lawyers admitted that idiot boy is facing a “legal hellscape” over the next few years…and that just makes me smile and I hope it does you, too. One last thing, there has been a concerted, coordinated attempt on the right to conflate the fact that none of the trump kids have been interviewed by either Mueller or the SDNY with their speculation that they are therefore innocent and investigations into them should stop. Now, I’m not a lawyer, but damn, don’t these people read the news or know anything about how investigations happen? The subjects of investigations are NEVER interviewed by the people investigating them….did you ever see them bring in Gotti for questioning? Or any high profile criminal? These folks are just whistling past the graveyard…or they are too dumb to understand they are toast….I’ll vote for dumb…impeach…..
Let’s understand the context…
Well…with the Mueller investigation coming to a head, I think it’s time to understand where the idea of “can’t indict a sitting president” came from…and to put a little context into the idea that no one is above the law. To start with, the “memo” in question was written back in the days of Watergate but it wasn’t written for the purpose everyone assumes…it really didn’t have anything to do with Nixon…according to reporting on Rachel last night, the memo was an attempt to ensure that Spiro Agnew couldn’t ascend to the presidency since he was under investigation for influence peddling and taking bribes throughout his career…as was Nixon at the time with impeachment clouds starting to gather on the horizon. The only mention of indicting the president was a throwaway line from the memo that people have clung to as law and time has seen it grow in stature that people there at the creation of the memo just can’t understand…so, this is no law, or statute that prevents indicting a president…just the opinion of one person responding to a completely different crisis. We need to look back to the context of what the founders were thinking when they wrote the constitution…coming just after unshackling themselves from a monarch who was above the law, they purposely didn’t want that same problem with any elected president…so, nowhere in the constitution is there any idea that the president is above the law and is immune to the laws of the country. I think this whole idea is going to be tested in the near future by the SDNY when they finish their investigations into the trump organization, foundation, and every damn thing that idiot boy has touched…remember, they already have proof that trump committed two felonies at this point but haven’t charged him yet….there has to be many, many more felonies waiting in the wings…impeach…
Another day…another two scandals…
Well…is anyone else just getting damn tired of the unending stream of scandals coming from the trump crime family every disgusting day? Following and writing about this stuff is just so corrosive that I do think it’s affecting my brain and is triggering my depression…I mean, how the hell do you have two scandals in one day? The NYT Monday night dropped a bombshell that trump had been trying to interfere in the SDNY prosecution of Michael Cohen by getting one of the cronies that he appointed to that office to take over the investigation…but, the one little problem is that this idiot promised to recuse himself from anything trump related in that office (yeah, I know, what the hell else would he have to do?) but idiot boy tried to get this other idiot to un-recuse himself which he wouldn’t do. Then trump got the acting AG Whitaker to pressure the second idiot and he still refused and that set trump off to the point of screaming at Whitaker. Of course, Whitaker lied about the irate phone calls from trump under oath, in front of a House committee and now the chair of that committee, Jerry Nadler, wants Whitaker back soonest to ask him about his lies…and remember this, one of the felonies that Michael Cohen is going to jail for is lying to congress…so bye, bye Whitaker…you can keep Cohen company when you go to jail with him…I wonder how long it’s going to take for these morons to understand that trump is deadly poison to them and their careers? I guess it just shows that the only people willing to work for trump are the dumbest people in the world…a really good fit for trumpworld…impeach…oh, that was only one scandal…this one was getting too long so I think I just do another one on today’s scandal but, not for awhile…
The toddler in chief is whining again…
Well…will someone on the right please go read the first amendment to the toddler in chief? I know I say this a lot but trump is dumber than a box of rocks…and he put that stupidity on full display this weekend when he went off on twitter attacking SNL for hurting his fee fees with a hilarious takedown of his delusional, just frickin nuts speech announcing the “national emergency” that his fevered brain created out of thin air so he can build his stupid wall along the Mexican border. If you haven’t seen the tweets, the gist is he is calling for “retribution” against SNL for pointing out how ridiculous idiot boy is, and this bullshit just shows he knows nothing of the oath he took to protect the Constitution, or the fact that the first amendment protects most speech from interference by the government….but, hey…that never stopped the moron before, his ignorance has been on display for long enough now that this is, sadly, just par for the course…yeah, did you get that one? Ha, ha….luckily we have less than two years to have to put up with trump’s bullshit…or maybe even less as the multiple investigations close in on the crime family he heads…oh, and by the way…Mueller has found that Roger Stone DID conspire with Wikileaks and the Russians…and that information came from the Russians who were indicted by Mueller, not only from American evidence…so who is the colluder now, Donnie boy? Impeach…
How’s the 2nd day of your emergency?
Well…with the scary 2nd day of the idiot trump’s national emergency, I have to ask: how’s everybody doing? Are you surviving it? Are you preparing in case it gets worse? Did you get your food and water laid in since this is so serious an emergency? Have you built your emergency shelter yet? Did you get your duct tape and plastic to cover your windows? If you haven’t, you’d better get going since the wall is not there to protect us…just like it hasn’t been there to protect us for the past 240+ years and man, to think of the chances we took for all those years that maybe someone would come over the border to do a job that no American will do…please everyone, take care of your neighbors while this national emergency is going on and let’s hope we all survive it…headin for the bunker….impeach….
Trump is just nuts…
Well…okay, I will admit right away I didn’t watch much of the press conference that idiot boy gave to try to justify using “emergency powers” to try to build his stupid, stupid wall that was not funded by the congress…who control the appropriation of money to be spent by the government….and it is against the law to do what trump and his cronies are going to try to do…and that is steal money from other parts of government to build his racist wall, including money that is supposed to be spent on veterans and active duty service members. But, that is not the worst of it…the “news conference” was the most delusional piece of shit I have ever seen…and if this doesn’t invoke the 25th amendment and remove idiot boy from office, what will? trump is clearly unfit for the job and unable to perform the duties of the office, including the biggest one…to preserve and protect the constitution…this speech today shows he just doesn’t give a damn about that and is doing his best to destroy it…and the repubs, starting with Mitch McConnell is going along with it…making wreckage that will take decades of dem control to repair…and I am damn tired of our side having to clean up after the repubs…impeach…

Well…if the long, long record of the idiot trump in business wasn’t enough to show it, this latest defeat on “wall” funding along with the decision of the TVA to close two more coal-fired generating plants, that trump went out of his way to try to save, there is no conclusion to be drawn other than trump is just a damn loser and has been his entire life. Let’s not forget his 6 (or more) bankruptcies, either, and the only way that he “won” the election was by cheating with the Russians….something that is becoming clearer every day as the Mueller investigation churns along, chewing up everyone who has been in contact with the idiot. On any objective scale, the only way to describe trump is as a loser who has been propped up by daddy’s and other people’s money his entire life…I mean, how do you start out with over 400 million dollars and end up shilling for bottled water and steaks…and even those businesses went bust. Maybe that will be my new way to refer to trump…the loser trump…nope, I’ll use it a little but I just like idiot boy better…or moron, or ignoramus, you get the drift…impeach…
