Well…running about on time this morning and slept in all the way to 5:20 and that is better than 3:04 so I’ll take it…I can’t believe how worn out I was yesterday after I got back here from running errands and I forgot to put sunscreen on and got scorched…that may be part of it but painting the bathroom had a lot to do with it, too…need to put a second coat on today so I can put it back together next week…it had so much detail work that it took me almost 4 hours to paint the tiny thing…I do need to take the mower over today and put it together so I can mow the lawn tomorrow…I normally take Thursdays off but not this week…just need to get everything done so I can get the water on…I do need to cook today with no leftovers in the fridge and that will put he first meal back til almost 2 and that is really screwing up my schedule…down to one meal a day and that’s probably not a good idea with all of the work I’ve been doing lately…I may even have to take an ibuprofen before I head over today since I hurt everywhere…again….more later…

He was even worse in private…
Well…running late again today and just got back here at almost 4 after working on the house for 4 hours and then running around so I can work on the house tomorrow for another 4 hours…but, that’s not what this about…not sure if you saw the idiot in chief’s ending press conference from the G-7 meetings and the totally unhinged behavior that idiot boy showed…turning the presser into a 5 minute long infomercial for one of his golf courses where he wants to hold next years meeting…in his public appearances, trump pouted his way through doing nothing but trying to bully the real world leaders there into letting Putin come to the next meeting…and that was bad enough, but in private he was even worse…shouting at everyone who dared to tell him that no, Putin was not going to be invited to the meetings ever…as long as he is still in the Crimea and is still trying to destroy the Ukraine by sending in Russian soldiers to attack both the military and civilians….then pouty boy lied his ass off when asked why he blew off the climate meeting, telling everyone he had a private meeting with Modi and Merkel when both of them were at the climate meeting…all of this pouting and lying has done one thing, the entire world is going it’s own way and does not see any need to even talk to trump…doing diplomatic damage that may never be able to be repaired…MAGA my ass….
August 27th
Well…that didn’t last long…only got two days of reasonable sleep and then back to getting up at 3:14 today and then just fitfull tossing and turning until 5:26…and I am feeling it now…another exhausted start to the day…needless to say, didn’t sleep well, either, but I did say I wasn’t going to bitch about that anymore….I did get the new electric lawnmower yesterday and it looks pretty cool…probably won’t get to using it today since I spent the day prepping the bathroom for paint and want to get that done today…I did get the bathroom fan running yesterday, too so that is one last thing that I was a little worried about….and I got the grate for it brought over here cleaned up and painted so I can install it once the paint on the bathroom dries…didn’t get anything done around here yesterday and even skipped the second bike ride with the rain coming in…and that helped my bike sores some but we’ll see about today….I am going to get out here in a little while but it is still dark until after 7 now so I have some time to have coffee and read the news….might even have to make more coffee since the leftovers were kind of short this morning….more later….
Hey, let’s go nuke a hurricane…
Well…I know, you probably think this place is like The Onion at times when I talk about the latest bit of idiocy from the idiot in chief…it seems that over the past couple of weeks, trump has asked his aides why they can’t just drop a nuke in the eye of a hurricane to disrupt it and make it go away…I wonder if he has been watching “Sharknado” lately…there was a marathon of all of them on last week and that is what they did to make a sharknado go away…after all, we all know that most of his time is spent watching tv and tweeting so maybe he did run across the marathon and thought it was a documentary or something. I wonder what’s next…build a giant air conditioner to combat global warming? Put up giant lightning rods on everyone’s houses so you won’t have to buy electricity? Geez…that boy is dumber than a box of rocks…but I don’t have to tell you that…the whole world already knows…
August 26th
Well…something’s happening here…what it is ain’t exactly clear…that’s two days in a row of sleeping until after 6 and that is really weird given my history of not sleeping at all…but, I’ll take it even if I don’t have the energy I had yesterday morning…feel pretty worn out today but I think I’ll get back into the standard routine for my days…so that means getting on the bike here in a few minutes when it gets light…had a nice day yesterday and I did get out on the bike tewice with no damage that I can feel right now…not too sore but I am still fighting the bike sores that I have been for three weeks now and that is not normal…have to figure that out soon…and why my right thumb hurts like crazy for no reason….I do have my car loaded up with stuff from my storage shed to move over to the house today and I have to remember to do that every day I go over so I will have all of the little stuff moved before I make the big move in October…the new lawn mower is supposed to be here today and I hope it is when I get back here today…but, with the rain coming in, I won’t be able to use it until Wed at the earliest since it is an electric and I don’t want to die doing the lawn….not much to do today…I do have to continue the prep work on the bathroom so I can paint tomorrow….so that means that I won’t get anything done around here today….more later…

Yeah…right, idiot boy…not one damn objective world leader would be as delusional as you to believe your bullshit and buy into your lie that the news media, while reporting the truth that the economy is headed toward a recession, is rooting for the country to fail….but in your rotted, Adderall addled brain you invent “world leaders” that don’t see through your bullshit and lies…as all the real ones do. Look, the rest of the world leaders have dismissed you as the lightest of light weights and don’t ask you a damn thing because you don’t know anything and will just lie to them anyway…so, any of them asking you anything other than “do you want cake?” is just another lie to add to the 12,000 you’ve told so far…just go back to your hotel and snort some more Adderall and watch fox news…that’s all you’re good for…geez…
August 25th
Well…I wonder if this is what normal people feel like in the morning? got up for the first time around 3 or so but was able to go back to sleep off and on until almost 7 and I feel kind of supercharged this morning…have lots of energy even before getting much coffee down and it would be cool to make this the new normal….even went out to get the paper as soon as I got up and didn’t need to work into moving at all and that was weird, too…don’t feel too sore today with only doing one ride yesterday but we’ll see when I get on the bike in a few minutes…well….not in a few minutes, going to watch the Moto GP race before I go out since I need to have my bagel and cream cheese and another cup of coffee…cripes if I continue to feel this good I may even clean around here today….I do need to hit HF for a new battery cut off switch since the one I have appears to be leaving the battery connected unless I turn the switch 4 or 5 turns and that’s not normal for how it’s worked for the past year since I installed it…and I can get another free flashlight and that will make 7 of them I have…I wonder what it would look like if I lit all of them at once? I think I’m just going to take my time getting out this morning and try to relax my self-imposed stress level and stop rushing around this morning….there really is no reason to have to keep to a schedule…at least today…more later…

Well…you know, I could write a little bit about Macron trying to engage trump at the G-7 summit but trump just stared into the distance and talked about the weather….but no, don’t feel like it…I did get out and have a couple this aft with K and that was fun…and I did go over to look at the cars but that was a little disappointing and redundant…so I wasn’t there long…but, I did decide to only ride once to give my legs a little rest and they are thanking me a lot right now…not hobbling around here as much as normal and that is a good thing…I had been thinking that it was permanent damage that I was going to have to live with it…I think I did get the leak fixed in the car since there were no spots under it after driving around all day and that is a relief…but, it’s still not running right and I may need to put a new set of wires on it since these are over 6 years old and I have been holding them together with blue silicone…and that is about twice the recommended life for the wires…okay, it’s cocktail time and I want to catch up on some tv shows on the server before the indy car race comes on later….
August 24th
Well…it’s another 5:04 morning today and I may stop talking about it since it appears to be the new normal and who wants to read about normal? I really hate that it is starting to stay dark later and later in the morning and that it is only 52 out there which is borderline for getting on the bike right now…so I am going to go wash the car here in a few minutes instead and let the sun warm things up some before I go out…I was nice and parked my car across the lot so the guys replace wood on the building could get their trucks closer and then the sprinklers came on and left the car covered in huge ugly water spots and I can barely see through the windshield…so I’ve dug out the quarters and will be heading out after I have some coffee…but I have to detour since they have the street blocked off for the mud run sponsored by the church behind me and that is just damn annoying…oh, well….my thumb still hurts where I smacked it earlier and I keep whacking it on the bike and that is not fun…I’m glad I’m taking the weekend off to heal up some since I am really sore everywhere but I think I am going over to 28th street to look at the cars today…but I need to see Man U play at 10 first and have a bagel with my coffee before I get moving…more later…
Weird car stuff…
Well…when I was pulling out to head over to the house today, I looked back at my parking spot and saw there was a small spot of coolant left from the car and the only thing I could think of was damn, not now…just don’t need some car problems right now…but after having the hood open the other day to put a new set of plugs in it, I noticed that the entire hose that runs from the radiator to the overflow tank was wet and couldn’t figure it out…so, tonight, it was bugging me so I went out and took the hose off and it had collapsed inside and was completely plugged off…it was funny that the thing felt like a wet noodle and I couldn’t blow any air through it…so, I hopped on the bike and rode over to autozone to get a new piece and they sold me some cool fuel injection hose for only 2 bucks that should last as long as I own the car…so, I think I fixed the coolant leak and it was easy as could be…at least I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it’s fixed…we’ll see next week since I won’t drive my car again until Monday….
