Well…I did get a ride in today! Even though it was still raining when I went out, it wasn’t too bad…got more wet from sweating than from the rain but I do have the bottom of my shower filled with sand and dirt…haven’t gotten anything else done today and it looks like that will hold for the rest of the day with losing all motivation this afternoon….oh, well…I may come back for a political one later but who knows?

July 21st
Well….running a little early today but didn’t get up until almost 7…and it’s raining so I may finally get that day off my legs have been screaming for…slept okay last night but feel quite slow this morning so it’s another day that I’m going to ease into…I did get a bunch of stuff done yesterday and I think I may do more today…the kitchen needs work but right now I need coffee….I did get out and start to fix the biker tan yesterday and I even washed the bike since it was getting pretty ugly…it was weird that I had a two hour spurt of productivity yesterday…just started on getting some spots out of the carpet and then just kept on going….not sure how much I’ll do today with no motivation but we’ll see….more later….

Well…now we know what the meeting that the treasonous idiot had with Putin was about…it was announced today (by the Russians) that trump has agreed to let Russia keep the Crimea and the parts of the Ukraine that it has invaded….treasonous enough for you repubs? This is exactly what happens when an idiot goes up against a hardened spy….and then fox news tries to spin it by saying that trump gave Putin just what he wanted so he would, pretty please, not interfere in our elections anymore. Now, this is the most stupid thing I’ve ever heard….you don’t reward a tyrant and ask him not to screw with your country…you tell him in no uncertain terms that he will pay if he continues and then you sanction the hell out of him personally if he doesn’t learn…trump is such a damn amateur at diplomacy and it daily looks like he really does care more about not hurting his buddy Putin’s feeling than protecting the US from foreign attacks…I’ve had enough of his bullshit…your move repubs, is this treasonous enough for you? July 20th
Well…not sure if I’m running early or late today and I’m not sure if I care….had an okay day yesterday but didn’t do much but try to even out the biker tan in the afternoon…didn’t have lunch with T since she was not feeling up to it and that was a little disappointing….I was really hoping for a day off the bike today but the rain is just not cooperating…it was supposed to rain all day today but it’s not happening now so I guess I’ll get out after the coffee….didn’t have to cook yesterday but I have some pork chops marinating that will have to be done today…have to remember to turn them before I head out so they will be coated evenly…..not sure when the last time is that I actually had pork chops but I know it’s been a while…need to clean out the freezer and that will take weeks with how much stuff is in there….more later…..

Well…after the idiotic one on one meeting that trump had last week where there was no other American than his interpreter, we have the Russians announcing that were all kinds of verbal agreements made that are essentially a wish list for them..but how would we know what idiot boy agreed to? The only person that knows is the interpreter and the dems made the reasonable request to have her come in front of congress and tell them what the hell went on and why trump had to have it secret…but, just as the rest of the repubs, the traitors in the House are blocking the dems from even talking to her for no reason other than they can…and to protect trump at all costs…even at the cost of the country. As the Mueller investigation continues, it is becoming more and more clear that damn near everyone in the repub party conspired with the Russians to steal the election and we need to get out to vote in November to save this country from these traitors….these are your repub “patriots” folks…and every damn one of them need to go to jail….

Well…running about on time today with doing the grocery run….slept okay last night but woke up with a huge crick in my neck and I can barely move it….I think I’ll take something for it before I get on the bike…hope that helps with the hand cramps that have been bad lately, too….okay, I love the Tour de France but what is it with people sitting beside the road for hours just to see the riders for 30 seconds or so? It’s like going to the Indy 500 and just watching the cars go by once and then going home…strange…didn’t get much done yesterday and today looks to be the same with having lunch with T this aft…I do need to run some errands on the bike today so I’ll have some cash for my part of lunch…but that will wait for a while until I have the rest of the coffee and watch a little Tour….more later….

Well…I know, I know….it just continues to get worse with the idiot, treasonous trump…the latest? He is considering handing over two American citizens to putin for “questioning” (which in Russian means torturing and killing) one, a former ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul and the other is a businessman who successfully lobbied for the Magnitsky act that sanctioned Putin and his thugs…let that sink in for a minute…the person who is supposed to protect Americans is considering handing over two American citizens to the Russians based on a conspiracy theory and the fact that they both opposed putin…and you know what happens to people who oppose putin…they end up dead. Is this finally enough for you, repubs…is proposing to let Russia murder two citizens enough? If not, what would be enough? Get off your asses and impeach this asshole…now! Impeach…
Running on photons…
Well…there are some days that I just don’t even want to think about politics, and this is one of them…that’s not to say that I won’t do a political one later, but my mind wanders around sometimes and it’s like mind cleaner to just talk about something that is fun for a change. Just today, out on the bike, I was thinking about the law of conservation of energy that says energy cannot be created or destroyed but just changed from one form to another….and I have talked about this a bit before…yeah, I am just that geeky at times…but today it went back a little bit farther and it dawned on me that all of the energy that I use on the bike every day starts out as photons from the sun…so, I’m running on photons! Those photons are changed into chemical energy in the form of sugars by photosynthesis in plants, that animals eat and change into other sugars that we eat when we grab that burger or steak. That chemical energy from food I turn into usable energy for my legs that I convert throughout the ride into potential energy that I am full of when I get to the top of the hills and then convert that potential energy into kinetic energy as I move down the hill or ride on the flats…had the really weird thought the other day about this by thinking of cables connecting my legs to the bike to use the energy in them….okay, that wandered off a little but it is still photons, light, that makes my bike ride happen…and that’s pretty cool….
July 18th
Well…running a little late today after getting up at 7:20…that is really late for me and that puts me late for the entire morning…just got the first cup of coffee and it’s almost 8…slept okay last night and feel just a little slow today and I hope that will go away after the coffee….I did get some errands done yesterday and got 4 new t-shirts to replace the ones that my sweat has eaten through….got some really strange colors that I think are cool and they will go into the rotation today…also got a huge pizza from daily deals for 1.99 that was too big to put in my freezer so I had to bake it yesterday…not a bad pizza but the sauce is a little strange…still a good deal for that price…didn’t get anything else done yesterday but I think I’ll do some cleaning today and there is a dirt race on tv tonight so I’ll have something to watch…more later….

Well…I’m sure you have heard or actually seen the debacle of a press conference that the idiot trump and putin had yesterday where trump threw the US under the bus by attacking the Intelligence community here and basically saying everything that putin wanted him to say… and attacking the EU and NATO earlier in the week, gifting putin with everything he has wanted for years, driving a wedge between the US and our European allies. So now, is this enough for you, repubs…this is treason you idiots! The attack on our IC was justified by idiot boy by saying that he asked putin if Russia attacked our election and Putin told him “strongly” that Russia hadn’t…and of course that is good enough for trump, the traitor that he is…but that was not the end of his cringeworthy behavior…he then went on about the DNC servers and told putin his suggestion that he be able to interrogate people on Mueller’s team was a “good idea” and would try to make that happen. Now, we have a president who is going to try to help an enemy derail the investigation into their own interference into our election by intimidating the investigators…..”but, but, but, her e-mails” I hate all of you on the right who have foisted this illegitimate fraud on this country and continue to support him just so you can get more tax cuts for the rich…impeach…
