Well…with what has happened this week to the idiot trump, he really should just have a huge L tattooed onto his forehead to show everyone what a loser he is….at the end of the January 6th hearing today, the committee voted unanimously to subpoena trump for his testimony in front of the committee…not that it’s going to happen but it may spur the justice department to bring the charges of seditious conspiracy against him that they have laid out clear as a bell…and today’s hearing tied everything together and showed that it was one person, trump, who was behind the whole thing and made a good case for prosecuting him…right after that, the SC slapped his delaying appeal down, again 9-0 of the appeals court ruling that said the investigation of him in the mar a lago stolen documents can go forward and even his pet justices voted against him…and I just know the walls of his tacky club is covered with ketchup and other food this afternoon…earlier in the week, a judge in NY ruled that idiot boy had to sit for a deposition in the defamation case he is subject to there…and, since it’s a civil case, I don’t think he can take the fifth to avoid testifying…so that will be fun to see since he just can’t tell the truth…and the last one has to do with the civil suit brought by NY’s AG Letitia James that alleges that the entire trump organization is based on real estate fraud….and just today, she filed another suit saying that the idiot is still trying to defraud NY by forming a new company that he is planning to transfer all of the assets of the trump organization to and avoid paying any fines since there will be no assets left for them to go after….I see that as another opportunity for a criminal case that should be filed and filed soon….so, not a good week for the idiot boy and I am having a hard time stifling a smile…he has to be just stewing with all this going on…he is going to go to jail at some point…indictments are coming….geez…

Alex Jones is toast…
Well…sometimes justice is served…just a few minutes ago,the verdict came down in the trial of Alex Jones, the owner of inforwars who spent the past 10 years lying about the massacre at Sandy Hook where 20 children and 6 adults were killed by an idiot who just wanted to be famous….and in that 10 years he hammered on his internet program that the massacre was a hoax and that the kids murdered didn’t exist and were played by “crisis actors”…and he made millions upon millions of dollars from his orc followers from his lies…and he also spurred many of them to threaten the families with death and constantly harass them..to the point that many of these grieving families had to move multiple times to try to escape from the non-stop threats that Jones asked for every day…so today, some small amount of justice came for the families when the jury awarded them and an FBI agent who responded to the massacre 965 million dollars in damages which should put this asshole out of business…but now, the feds need to go after Jones since it has been clear since the first suit against him and the first award of 49.5 million dollars that he has been trying to hide all of his assets in shell companies and then plead poverty to the courts to get out of paying anything to these people who he terrorized. I really wish the judge would seize everything he has today or he will be back on the air riling up his followers again that will lead to more violence…and more fundraising from his orc followers…that has to stop…
Got my ballot filled out….
Well…with all of the attacks that the repubs have made on voting rights across the country, I have to remind people here in Michigan that they haven’t taken away the one thing that makes voting so easy there is no excuse for skipping any election…permanent absentee ballots…here in Michigan you can still get put on the permanent absentee ballot list for any reason or no reason…all you have to do is apply for one at the Michigan SoS or your local city or country clerk and then every ballot will show up at your door at least a couple of weeks before the election…and then all you have to do is mail it back or drop it off at the clerks office….here in Muskegon, they have a drop box in front of the cop shop that you can save money on postage if you want…that’s what I normally do since the box is only about 4 blocks from here and I can ride my bike there…and I already have my ballot filled out and I will drop it off as soon as the weather permits…probably later in the week…all you have to do is make sure it is mailed before 8pm on election day but to make sure it’s counted, a week before is a good idea…and there is no standing in line, no finding your precinct, and no driving there…I do miss the camraderie that came from actually visiting the polling place but, as I get older, I find that convenience trumps that…so there is no excuse to not vote anymore…and,if you’re reading this, you probably have a progressive leaning and we need all the votes we can get and this election is the first one using the new non-partisan district lines drawn by the independent commission that could even out control of the state if we just get the hell out and vote…and remember, voting rights and women’s rights along with financial disclosure rules are on the ballot, too, so get out and vote and take that attack by the repubs away from them….and make the repubs say which billionaires are trying to steal the election from this one forward…lots of reasons to vote and make Michigan a better state….
Big news no one is talking about…
Well…read an article yesterday that seems to me to be a pretty big deal but no one is talking about it…just the other day, the Biden administration put new restrictions on chip sales to China, restricting those for AI and high performance computing and the machinery to make these chips…curbs to the machinery necessary to make logic and memory chips and restrictions on US people supporting the development or manufacture of those chips…and bans exports of American designs to China and and stops them from buying tech…and the reason is the well known tactic that China uses to steal US technology and then use that tech to try to monopolize chip production by undercutting prices of other manufacturers and tryin to put them out of business so you have to go to China…and the folly of depending on China is exactly what happened during the pandemic….shortages of chips and huge negative effects on the US economy. It appears to me that this is all part of insulating the US economy from supply chain problems by not relying on China for chips necessary for damn near everything, starting with the auto industry, and is part of the announcements of 50 billion dollars in chipmaking capacity that has been happening almost daily since Biden took over…this is what happens when you elect an intelligent, experienced person to be president and who surrounds himself with knowledgeable, competent people who can understand global commerce and the dangers that parts of it poses….every day, I’m glad that Biden and his team are in charge…the US is moving forward because of it….

Well…a long time ago, I thought that ole Elon was actually not a bad guy even with the racism that is rampant at his Tesla factory in California…but now, with his choice to pal around with trump and his minions, he is showing he is just another maga asshole and that fact was further highlighted with the revelation that, before he commented that Ukraine should “negotiate” with Russia and that Crimea should stay an occupied Russian territory, ole Elon talked personally to the war criminal Putin to get what talking points Putin wanted him to say…now, if I was elon, I would be registering as a foreign agent of Russia before the feds show up at his doorstep…or better yet, if you think so much of Putin and Russia as the whole repub party does, I don’t think anyone would miss you if you moved there permanently…I sure wouldn’t miss your bullshit or you letting the criminal trump back on twitter if that sale ever goes through…this is how you treat a country who welcomed you from South Africa? Now, I’m as big a free speech supporter as anyone, but when you consort with our enemies and push their propaganda, that is giving aid and comfort to the enemy…and that is the definition of treason….better lawyer up…geez…

Well…I wonder if the rubes that support the idiot trump and continue to give him millions of dollars as he lies to them that it is going to be used to support other maga candidates are ever going to wake up? They have given him over a hundred million dollars to “stop the steal” or whatever other bullshit he feeds them and it really doesn’t matter what it is, they just send him cash just like any other cult leader or mega church pastor…I mean how many jets does a “pastor” need? So, it was just reported that idiot boy doesn’t have any of that money left other than what is going to pay his lawyers…no money for candidates, no money for ads, no money for anything but the idiot’s lawyers…I guess he does need a lot of them since he committed a minimum of 56 crimes since he came down that escalator and started off the national nightmare that goes on to this day. I’m pretty okay with him spending money on lawyers and not having any to interfere with our elections although pushing maga candidates is the best way for us to keep the senate and house in a month….I know people keep admonishing we on the left for looking down on the maga crowd…but how stupid do you have to be to keep giving money to an obvious grifter who is just going to take your money and run? And to believe the 10’s of thousands of lies the idiot has spewed over the past 6 years? Well…with the new talking point…okay, it’s not new but the repubs trot out the “soft on crime” bullshit during every election to attack every dem candidate from the top down and the sad thing is people are buying it and some races are tightening because of it…but here are the facts…the top ten states for violent crime are all repub controlled states…every damn on of them and the rate of these crimes are rising faster in these same states…in 2020, the per capita murder rate in states that the idiot trump won was 40% higher than in blue states, and yet they lie and lie that blue cities and states are hellholes of violent crime and the right thinks that if you ever walk down a street in any blue big city, you have a 100% chance of being robbed or killed…and that is what they are using in their ads and the racists who are the repubs are just eating this crap up because they just love to hate….for these kind of lies that have been recycled since the 80’s, you would think the dems would have come up with some effective counters to them, but if they have, I haven’t seen them yet…and they need to get off their asses and debunk this bullshit…and now…geez…

Well…if the NYT reporting is accurate, it looks like the idiot trump is on the hook for extortion and bribery, too…if you haven’t read it yet, the NYT reported that idiot boy stole a lot of the classified documents so he could trade them for the material on the 2016 Russian interference in the election to try to “prove” that it was all a hoax…now it’s bad enough that he stole the documents which is a felony, but to try to extort the government and bribe them to give him other documents is another two felonies to go along with obstruction of justice that he committed by hiding the documents in the first place….and it’s not just me saying this…there have been quite a few former prosecutors that have said the same thing and same as me, they can’t figure out why he hasn’t be arrested and charged since the illegal possession of the classified documents has been proven way beyond the standard for a conviction…so come on Garland, perp walk this criminal now before he can do any more damage…geez…
Wake up old folks….
Well…with the repubs now saying they want to end social security as it now exists and replace the guaranteed income with something that has to be re-authorized every 5 years and every 5 years folks like you and me are going to have to sit here and wonder if we are going to be able to live at all, all I have to say is wake up folks! Look, as the polls say, most older people like me vote for repubs for some damn reason, we need to make sure that people living on SS know what is going on and know that a vote for repubs is a vote for their own death from starvation….right now, I can pay all of my bills and put a little away every month and I feel secure for the first time in my life…and I paid for this security my entire life out of every paycheck I ever got from the time I was 15…so it’s NOT an entitlement, it’s our money that we paid for…in my case for 50 years and even talking about taking it away from me is pissing me off…and yet I know people who will continue to vote for repubs even if their lives will be destroyed by them since they just can’t believe that they will ever do that to them…and all I have to say to those folks is that the repubs just made more than 50% of this country second class citizens and most people thought they wouldn’t do that and then Roe was overturned and the repubs immediately started to criminalize women’s healthcare…so, yes, if they are given the power, of course they will eliminate Medicare and social security….they have hated those programs since they were passed and have tried and tried to eliminate them over the years…so, open your eyes old folks…disaster is coming to you if you continue to vote for these assholes….geez…
The Saudis and Russia need to pay…
Well…damn, I am so tired of the Saudis and the Russians meddling in our elections…and they are at it again for the mid-terms when yesterday they announced that they are going to cut oil production by 2 million barrels a day which will send oil prices soaring and give the repubs a huge talking point for the next month…now, I wonder, did the repubs even talk to the Saudis and ask them to do it? They’ve done everything else treasonable so that is not much of a stretch, is it? Let’s remember that trump and his cronies actually did work with the Russians to steal the 2016 election and I’m sure they still have the “backchannels” the the idiot kushner established with both the Russians and the Saudis…and they are still joined at the hip as evidenced by jared getting 2 billion dollars from the Saudis after the 2020 election that has still never been explained. Let’s remember that there needs to be conspirators here in the US or none of this would work…and you can guess who that would be…no, you don’t have to guess…it’s the damn repubs..cheating, cheating, and cheating…it’s the only way they can win….geez…
