Well…I am stifling the urge to laugh at all of the farmers in red states and blue who voted for an ignorant moron for president and who are now seeing their livelihoods destroyed by his stupid tariffs. I know I’ve written about this before, but the carnage in the soybean markets just gets worse and worse with huge piles of beans spreading across the plains since there is no market for them anymore with China, India, and other huge markets now closed to us by the retaliatory tariffs place by countries who were attacked by the idiot trump. Even if our farmers can find anyone to buy their soybeans, there are selling at a loss of over 2 dollars a bushel and have put many, many farmers on the brink of bankruptcy…but, as I’ve said before, when these farmers are interviewed, they still back idiot boy 100%…which, to me, is the purest embodiment of the repub voters who have continually voted against their own economic interests just to support the racists and liars who infest the party today. There has been an outcry on the left during the election season to try to use the tariffs to convince the people affected to vote for the dems who will protect them from idiot boy, but if losing their farms and their life’s work hasn’t changed their minds, why would a dem who they hate be able to do it? I say let them sink…after all, they are the party of “personal responsibility” and need to be held responsible for inflicting trump on the rest of us…impeach…

Let’s talk about Michigan…
Well…with the colonoscopy rapidly approaching Monday, and the prep that is going to put me out of commission both Sunday and Monday, I thought I’d talk about some local Michigan election issues before that…to start, get the hell out to vote Tuesday if you haven’t already….that’s the start and I don’t care if you vote for dems (okay, yeah I do) or for the cheaters on the other side, just take an hour out of your busy day and vote. Let’s start with the race for governor here in Michigan where we have Gretchen Whitmer, the dem, up against the waste of space Bill Schuette, the repub….now, if you remember a few years back when the repubs were trying to insert themselves into every woman’s health care decisions by restricting abortion care…again…and Gretchen got thrown out of the state senate by the repubs who control it for saying “vagina” on the floor of the senate…that should be enough to vote for a feisty woman who cares about fairness and truth in government…but, there are so many other reasons to vote for her that I won’t list them here but will just say that she is a true progressive who will take this state forward, not back to the 1800’s like Schuette wants and has tried to do as AG. Now, let’s remember the millions of your tax dollars that Schuette spent to try to keep our LGBT friends from getting the equality they have a right to…that they are guaranteed in the constitution…but to Schuette and his troglodyte cronies, they are less than second class citizens who need to be hated and attacked. Only one other thing you need to know about Schuette, other than he’s a trump loving right wing asshole…and that is he didn’t care when Snyder and his incompetents were poisoning the people of Flint to try to save a little money….resisting all calls for an investigation into the decisions when it is the AG’s responsibility to protect the citizens of this state from malfeasance of the government….so, it’s a pretty clear choice of who would be better for you and I and this state…vote for Gretchen and let’s put the dark days of repub control behind us…for good…
Trump gets dumber every day…
Well…if you didn’t think that the idiot trump was the dumbest damn person in the entire country, you just had to hear of his latest “plan” to carry out his hatred against brown people by eliminating birthright citizenship for people he doesn’t like. Now, he has shown his utter lack of understanding of how anything works so damn many times that I am getting tired of writing about it but I just had to talk about this one since it is the pinnacle of ignorance…just this morning, idiot boy said he is going to end birthright citizenship by issuing an executive order to repeal the 14th amendment…now, just writing that made me laugh since it is so absurd and so the essence of that ignorant fool….every schoolkid who has gotten past the fifth grade understands that it takes 2/3 of the members of the house and senate or by a constitutional convention called by 2/3 of state legislatures and then would need to be voted on to repeal it…it can’t be repealed by the whim of an idiot president and his crony enablers…look, we all know what this latest trial balloon is, just a distraction to motivate idiot boy’s racist base to get out to vote next week….since that worked so well in 2016, he’s doing it again….what a moron….followed by morons…impeach….
trump’s not invited…
Well…sitting here waiting for the sun to come up so I can get out on the bike and I just read an article that made this question pop into my head: “How bad of a person do you have to be to have an entire state tell you to stay the hell away?” This is exactly what happened this morning when the Mayor of Pittsburgh told trump in no uncertain terms that he is not welcome at any of the memorial ceremonies for the 11 people murdered by a trump follower over the weekend….and this follows being told to stay away from Barbara Bush’s and John McCain’s funerals, something that has not happened to a *president in the history of this country. Is this telling you something idiot boy? Your bullshit is wearing mighty thin with everyone in this damn country other than the trump zombies that show up at your taxpayer funded “rallies” which are nothing more than proto nazi ego fluffing at it’s worst….so, keep deluding yourself that you’re popular, that you are not the worst, most evil person to walk the face of this country…the mid terms are coming in a week and with any luck you and your bullshit will end….there is still an orange jumpsuit waiting for you when you leave office…and this time, unlike GW Bush, you will pay for your crimes…impeach…

Surprise, surprise…
Well…this kind of blows up another trump talking point with the arrest of a surprise, surprise, middle aged white guy for sending the bombs to trump’s “enemies” over the past week…all you really need to know about this asshole is plastered on the windows of his van…nothing but trump propaganda and MAGA bullshit…and do you want to know something funny? Quite a bit of it is known Russian propaganda from the fake facebook accounts that were created by the Russians to throw the election to trump…this is the kind of person that supports trump…he doesn’t care that he was lied to by trump and manipulated by the Russians to hate everyone who has rightly criticized the idiot boy…actually, this guy and the rest of the trump minions just love that they don’t have to think anymore…thinking makes their heads hurt and it is something only radical liberals do…I can imagine what trump’s response is going to be…that this guy is just another “false flag” operation and he really is a radical leftist who worships Lenin and Marx and wants conservatives rounded up and put into camps…I wonder if those will be run by FEMA now that trump controls FEMA? It doesn’t matter that the bombs didn’t go off…
Well…after the idiot trump spurred on one or more of his followers to act on the hate he spews every day by sending bombs to people on his “hate list”…some repubs had started to think that maybe, just maybe idiot boy had gone just the teensiest bit too far…but, that ended this morning when the new talking point was issued to the talking heads at fox “news” asserting that since the bombs didn’t go off, they were no big deal and it was the media’s fault that they think it’s important….and that it can’t be attempted murder since, again, the bombs didn’t go off and no one got hurt. I got news for you repubs, it is still a crime, it is still attempted murder even when the gun doesn’t go off if you are pointing it at someone and pulling the trigger…and that is just what this is, and no amount of rationalizing by the repubs will change that…and still not one repub has broken with trump and his incitement to violence that happens every damn time he opens his mouth….this is radical christian domestic terrorism plain and simple and I wonder why no repub is calling it that…after all, they love to name things and spent years trying to get every attack by a middle eastern person labeled “radical Muslim terrorism”…what a bunch of hypocrites…impeach…
Hey trump voters, how’s that IRA today?
Well…just as we see daily, the ignorance of trump and all of his minions knows no bounds and that was shown again this week when their stupidity on the economy saw the Dow down another 1,000 points…over 600 just today. I know I’ve said this before but “how’s that IRA today, trump voters?” How’s the MAGA shit working for you? You’ve lost almost 20% in the past month and yet you still think the con man in chief knows what he’s doing…after all, he was “successful” on “the Apprentice”. Every damn economist who is not in the tank for trump has been saying the economy would react to the tax cut scam by continuing to grow for a year or so and then, once the rich got their payoff, it would tank and head for a recession. The warning signs have been shouting for some time now, new home starts are down almost 15% in the past 6 months…a really good indicator for where the economy is heading…and the layoff notices are starting to snowball with the idiot trump’s tariffs…almost 100,000 people lost their jobs in the past month as a direct result of trump’s economic ignorance and magical thinking….even farmers are staying with trump even though they are going broke and the world where they sold their crops doesn’t want anything from us anymore…just because of trump…the rampant stupidity in this country that gave us trump is going to continue because those people just love to hate….and they are just too dumb to do anything else…impeach…
Bombs now?
Well…god damn trump and his idiot minions…as we all know, trump’s favorite schtick for ginning up outrage with his deplorable followers is to attack everyone on the left with veiled threats of “2nd amendment remedies” if they don’t agree with him and call him on his constant lies…but, over the past few days, all of this bullshit he spouts about George Soros, the Clintons, and the Obamas have had some real world consequences when some right wing asshole has sent bombs to all of them, trying to murder them just as trump has told them to. And, what was the response from the repubs? Yeah, you can hear the crickets from here…not a damn one of them has condemned trump’s rhetoric or these attempted murders of their political opponents…something that only happened in two bit dictatorships until the asshole trump….this IS a high crime and should put impeachment right on the front burner when we retake the house next month…and every person involved including trump should go to jail for the rest of their lives…this can’t stand in a democracy..and let’s make no mistake here, these are not the caravan of invented terrorists who only live in the fevered brains of the right…these are real terrorists who are fully supported by trump and the repubs….impeach…
Lions and tigers and bears, oh, my….
Well…as I’ve written about before, the repubs these days are the biggest chickenshits there are in this country…scared of everything and their own shadows. They even take to making up dangers since they are either using that fear to scare the hell out of their chickenshit followers or they really get off on being scared themselves…probably a little of both. The latest bogeyman they are fixated on is a couple of hundred refugees from Honduras and other central American countries who are trying to save their lives by leaving their homes and trying to get to the US…walking hundreds of miles into the unknown because that is better than the situations they left behind. But, of course, the idiot trump and his minions are turning these refugees into a horde of killing machines that are part ISIS and part terminator to demonize them since they just hate brown people so much and they know that, even though it is all lies, de-humanizing people they hate works to motivate their base and was the key to trump stealing the election. So, what do we do about it folks? We Vote….we elect humans to office and throw these monsters out and put them back under the rocks where they lived until trump released them….and we work every day to fix our elections so that they can’t be hijacked by gerrymandering and voter suppression…only then can we put the 28% of people in this country who are repubs back to their place as the fringe shouters they should be…not ruining this country with their bullshit and lies…impeach….
