Well…as I do these things every day, I just shake my head at the shameless repubs and the damage they are causing to the US. The latest one is a huge gift to their corporate masters and VW in particular by changes to the class action suit that would make it almost impossible to continue to hold corporations responsible for their misconduct and the individual damage they do to consumers. In VW’s case, the damage was done to people who bought their cars and saw the value of them destroyed by the emissions cheating that VW admitted to….but the repubs want the class action suit laws changed to say that you have to have actual physical damage to be able to file suit and that every case has to have the same physical damage to be granted class action status…so that would mean that if VW made a car that had defective brakes and lots of people got into accidents and were injured, it couldn’t be considered for class action unless everyone broke the same arm or had the same ribs broken; something that would never happen in the real world. This is your modern repub party folks…protect the corporate “people” and screw the real ones…

Armed “thugs”
Well…I am shaking my head about the response to the armed, white, right wing thugs who have taken over a federal building in Oregon…now, if these were black guys, they would all be dead and the building would be burned to the ground to get to them. Where were the “christians” that should have turned them in like the Muslims do? Look, I have had just about enough of these militia assholes being able to break whatever laws they want while the sheriff says he’s “studying” the situation. How many felonies does it take for anyone to take action? This is a direct result of letting them get away with threatening federal officers at the Bundy ranch and one of the organizers is even Cliven Bundy’s son, so the direct thread is there for anyone to see if they just open their damn eyes. All of this from the “law and order” folks that scream bloody murder about anyone in the “inner city” committing a crime, but then think they are above the law when they are committing theirs….geez…
These idiots are always wrong…
Well…as you’ve heard me say before, whenever anyone on the right predicts something, you can be sure that the opposite will happen or, at the very least, they will be wrong. Just read an article that has a few laughers in it that I thought I’d pass on…to start off, we had a real, sitting senator, Mike Lee, go on the senate floor before the 2012 election and predict that if Obama was re-elected, gas prices would be at least $6.05 a gallon or even higher by 2015…now, I can’t remember that happening, can you? The second great prediction came from ole Mitt during the election campaign when he said that, if Obama was re-elected, unemployment would be stuck at 8% forever…now, not sure exactly what the rate is right now but I think it’s around 5%…wrong again idiots. Then we have the Donald predicting that, if Obama was re-elected, stocks would crash and the country would go broke…what did happen? Hmmmmm…the stock market is up 27% since the election…..wrong again, idiots. The last one is by ole Rushbo who confidently predicted that the economy was going to crash with the Dem run California declaring bankruptcy and taking the rest of the economy with it. Now, this one is a two fer with ole Rush being wrong on both points…California, with it reality-based economic policies, is now running a 4 billion dollar surplus and we’ve had years of growth in the economy…the chief idiot being really, really wrong…but, they all are…all the time…and no one calls them on it…the media has to get off it’s ass and start asking these questions…would be fun to watch…geez….
Don’t want to write about Trump…
Well….most of the time, I really don’t know what the hell the Donald is talking about and that makes it hard to comment on…but, this past week, talking about the tragedy in San Bernadino, ole Donald went off about the Muslin culture saying that there were people that knew what the killers were going to do…that they saw “the bombs all over the floor” but no one said anything about it…and he goes on to lament that no one “turned them in” and he blamed all Muslims everywhere…lets turn that around a little to the Donald’s buddies in the financial community who crashed the economy…probably Donald himself…who saw what was going on and no one in that “culture” “turned them in”…or the white supremacists who knew what Dylan Roof was going to do and no one in that “culture” “turned him in”….this is just the typical racist crap that Trump spouts every day to gin up outrage in his racist followers….in fact, almost every time that someone from the Muslim “culture” is arrested for a terrorist plot, they were ‘turned in” by other Muslims…..so let’s just stop listening to this idiot…I’ll do my part by not writing about him anymore…geez…
Tamir Rice….
Well….try as I might, I just can’t come up with a political topic…one terrible thing that happened just a little while ago is that they are not going to charge the cops that shot Tamir Rice…I wonder how they can get away with that…a 12 year old kid standing in the park, the cops roll up and shoot him in less than three seconds…and lied their asses off about it and they don’t get charged? I guess we saw this coming when the prosecutor started dumping on the kid and his family and leaking details that were lies to poison the grand jury pool…and, this guy is still not in the slammer? I just have no words about this crap that seems to happen every day here in the US…..shoot first, cover it up and lie seems to be in all the police training manuals across this country…and that makes me sick…..geez….
Fear and more fear…
Well…have been reading a little today and on subject kept popping up as I did…fear…and how scared people are about life in general like everything is out to get them. Whether it’s Islamic terrorists or everyday crime, I am shaking my head how people who are polled are so mistaken about the likelihood of being killed by terrorists or being the victim of crime….and the rates are not high…with regular crime at it’s lowest rate in history, the chances of being a victim is lower than ever…like one half the chance of being struck by lighting, and yet we have people arming themselves to the teeth since the fear mongers that profit by that fear have convinced us we are just one minute away from being in a Mad Max movie. On the terror front….the chance of being killed by a Muslim terrorist here in the states is almost unmeasurable yet the repubs shake in their boots and spread fear and more fear since it’s all they have…I, for one, am not afraid of terrorists at all….I’m more concerned with everyone carrying guns around me and the idiots who text and drive….you are much more likely to be killed by one of those idiots than by terrorists…so, everyone, get a frickin grip and stop being such a pussy….geez…
Carly Fiorina is either a liar or just plain stupid…
Well…the repub presidential candidates have show themselves all to be liars, but one stands out in the crowd by being the best liar or just plain stupid. Carly Fiorina started her jaw dropping lies with the whopper that she saw a video that showed PP taking live babies and selling them for their parts…never taking that one back when it was a proven to be a lie….but now, she continues with a newer, better, and more delusional lie from the last debate this week. During the debate she rattled off a bunch of retired generals who she said were “retired” by Obama for telling him what he didn’t want to hear…two of the generals, Petreus, and McChrystal, were forced out for misconduct and one of the remaining, Jack Keane, retired in 2003, five years before Obama even took office and commented that he has never even spoken to Obama…but, did that stop ole Carly? Nope, she said that she didn’t “misspeak”, and that means she meant to tell this lie and didn’t give a damn that it’s not true….we all know that ole Carly is a liar, now we can also say that she is just plain stupid to go with it…geez…
The clown car stops in Vegas…
Well…as you know, I couldn’t bring myself to watch the creepiness that was the repub debate in Vegas last night but there were a few takeaways the came up in the news feeds this morning…the first one I’ve commented on before…the Donald’s vow that he would commit war crimes if elected by going after and killing the families of ISIS members…isn’t there a law against threatening a war crime? Isn’t that terrorism in itself? After this low point, the night degenerated into a talking point showdown…and the general consensus by pundits is that none of the people on the stage are presidential material….and that none of them can ever get elected…so, I think they should all just grift away and make money from the rubes that they lie to every day….I think that’s the purpose of most of them running anyway…or they truly are delusional and that is even worse…geez…
The repub debate…
Well…didn’t know if you knew, but there is another repub debate tonight…okay, I should have said didn’t know if you cared….I was going to do one about that but I just frickin can’t…how can anyone listen to these losers without wanting to tear your ears off so you don’t have to hear it anymore…Muslims bad, Obama worse, tax cuts, tax cuts….close the borders…built a 10 mile high wall…ISIS, ISIS, ISIS….we’re all gonna die! Yeah….I just can’t take it anymore…hope you can’t either…going back to the couch to watch tv….and no debate….
Nathan Deal is the new worst person in the world….
Well….it any of you out there are from Georgia, I really do have pity on you for your asshole of a governor. If you haven’t heard this prick signed an executive order saying that no one that deals in social services for the state of Georgia can give aid to Syrian refugees…including the food stamp program that is paid for by the feds. Not only is this illegal, and I hope the feds get right on taking this asshole to court for this illegality…but, it is also one of the most immoral and reprehensible things I have ever heard of…to single out a family who is legally allowed to come here and basically say “you can just starve” is not what America is about…maybe in the repubs world of fear and nastiness….since they have been doing that to American citizens in every state that they control….but not in our world, not in the world of compassion that their bible tells them to make either…but, I know the prick will be in the pews on Sunday being the hypocriitcal, useless POS that he is…and the rest of the “Christians” will be patting him on the back for his “principled” stand on heaping more hurt on people who have already lost everything…easily the worst person in the world…geez…
