Well…after the repubs won their tiny majority in the US house, they all agree that they are going to try to cut the aid we are giving to Ukraine to help them survive the illegal Russian invasion…and my question is: “are the repubs working for Putin?” It sure looks that way and some of them are even going farther than that by spouting that they will pass a resolution withdrawing the US from NATO…again, just what Putin wants…so how the hell did the repubs turn into Putin stooges? They used to be the staunch anti Russia party through the cold war and now they take their orders from Russia…and I really don’t understand why…what the heck do they gain by surrendering to Putin? I wonder if it’s all the money that Russian sources have given the repubs? Or does Russia have something hanging over all of their heads? I do know that the repubs are the anti American party with all they’ve done to undermine voting rights and their hatred of the LGBTQ community dovetails with all of the autocratic countries that the idiot trump loved so much…so I wonder if it could that simple? Just driven by hate…what a bunch of assholes…geez…

Found a topic by accident…
Well…have been looking for political topics all this afternoon and nothing grabbed me so it looks like I won’t be doing one of those today…I think we’re in the post election lull when everyone is jockeying for position when the new congress start the first week of January….I really want everyone to pay attention to what the repubs are going to do…and that will be nothing but investigations of everyone including the dog catcher…and they are flashing that they are going to impeach Biden for something…not that he has done anything wrong but the only thing the repubs will use the government for is to try to damage Biden and help elect whoever their nominee is in 24…and we know that because it’s just what they did against Hillary…and Mc Carthy admitted it and didn’t care who knew…now I have a question: “hasn’t your life been better with Biden and his team running the show?” The list of things he has done for the people of the US is too long to list here but it’s easy to find so go take a look for it and then tell me that a repub would even try to do anything like it….and I really do like that with Biden in office, it is harder for me to find topics….and that really helps my blood pressure….hey, I guess I did find a topic…cool…
Trump’s tax returns…
Well…just a shorty on some breaking news…the SC declined to intervene in idiot boys suit against the government trying to keep his tax returns secret…so, that means the dems will be getting them before the repubs take over the house in January….what will happen then, no one knows but there must be some there there with the reaction of the repubs where they are threatening to sue to get Biden’s…hey, geniuses…Biden already released all of his returns when he started to run…and then releases every years when he files them…see, it’s all projection with the repubs…since they all lie, cheat, and steal they think everyone does it…but that’s a repub thing…we like to follow the law and ethics on our side….but that’s a foreign concept to the repubs…could be fun if they release them to the public….
My brain isn’t working…
Well…have been looking for a topic all morning and I’m not sure what it is but my brain just isn’t working today…and nothing interests me right now so I wonder what to do? There was an interesting development yesterday when it was reported that the chairs of both the House and Senate Judiciary committee sent a letter to chief justice John Roberts asking him where they are on investigating the leaks that happened with the Hobby Lobby and Dobbs decision and it was reported the other day that it was Alito who leaked both of them to shore up conservative support for overturning Roe….the chairs essentially said to Roberts if he can’t or won’t do that investigation, then it will be done by congress…you know, it has been on my mind lately that everything the repubs touch is ruined…and now they have don it to the SC…and something needs to be done to enforce ethics rules on the repub hacks on the court…it would be a perfect time for both houses to pass SC reform that would put a check on the hacks on the court…and make it easier to remove justices that lied to the senate in their confirmation hearings…as all of the conservative justices did….geez…
All of the evidence…
Well…just read an article out on Kos that revealed that the January 6th committee is going to release “all of the evidence” and a report with conclusions on who broke what laws especially ones the idiot trump did…and it will add fuel to the DOJ’s investigation that is now being led by the special counsel…and they are doing this since the January 6th committee ends with the end of the current congress unless the repubs reauthorize it…yeah, that made me laugh, too…now, this is going to be a good read for me when the report comes out…I hope they have it on the internet in searchable form to make it easier to use it for a few of these…and I really hope it puts the final nails in idiot boy’s coffin and makes him go away so we don’t ever have to hear that stupid voice ever again….and I’ll hope for a bonus of jail time for him, too…still don’t know why he hasn’t been indicted yet…it needs to happen now…geez..
trump is in trouble…
Well…yeah, I know I’ve been saying this for a long time now but maybe, just maybe, this time is going to be different. Just yesterday, Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to take over the investigations into trump, both the insurrection on January 6th and the theft of government documents that were seized from his crappy golf club in Florida…I think this is a pretty smart move by Garland since a special counsel can’t be removed by the new repub house and it’s investigation goes on until it there is either an indictment or the counsel stops the investigation. The long time federal prosecutor, Jack Smith, who Garland appointed is a badass, too…doing war crime investigations at the International Criminal Court and prosecuting those crimes…along with multiple high visibility posts in the federal government…and the reason I think trump is in trouble this time is that they wouldn’t appoint a special counsel if they were winding the investigations down without indictments. So now my fingers will be blue from crossing them so much…hoping the criminal trump will finally be held responsible for his multiple felonies…and this isn’t going to drag on for years…I hope…geez…

Well…have been having a hell of a time coming up with a topic today but one just popped up over on Kos that I think I’ll talk a little about….a group of former prosecutors including Andrew Weissman, Joyce Vance, and Norm Eisen, among others is putting together a model prosecution memorandum dealing with the crimes the idiot trump committed when he stole the thousands of government documents that were found at his tacky golf course in Florida…and it will state the case for indicting trump for 6 felonies and that is based only on public information and these lawyers think they have a case even without the grand jury information that is being kept secret by the DOJ…l really do hope they get this done pretty soon since it is going to be fun to read and I’ll bet it drives idiot boy crazy…it will also put pressure Merrick Garland to bring charges against the idiot since he knows all of the evidence and it has to be much, much more incriminating that what is in public….so, get at it guys, I can’t wait….geez…
Changing of the guard…
Well…the news was just announced that both Nancy Pelosi and Steny Hoyer, the speaker and majority leader of the house dems are not going to run for leadership positions in the new repub majority house….so we will see a complete changing of the guard for the first time in over 20 years and I am curious about who will be stepping up to lead the dems…I think it’s about time for the younger generation of more progressive dems to take over but I still think Nancy especially was just what the dems needed and was responsible for lots of good bills being passed including the ACA…and she has another month to go and it will be interesting to see if she can get one last thing done like abortion rights…she has already gotten protection of same sex marriages through and Biden will sign that in the next week or so, and I think she should try to go out with a bang…but, for now, all I have to say is thank you, Nancy…one of the best speakers in history….
Can’t we get rid of the idiot?
Well..when the idiot trump announced he’s running for president again, the immediate thought came to me “can’t we get rid of the idiot?” I had enough of him the first time I heard him talk…and all he did in his speech was re-hash all of the bullshit he has been spewing for years…and a funny little fact was that as people tried to leave in the middle of that boring piece of bullshit, idiot boy’s staff wouldn’t let them…they barricaded the doors to make sure the idiot’s fee fees wouldn’t be hurt by people who had enough of his bloviating….the one thing we all have to remember is that this is still all a grift…he got a billion dollars from the rubes for his last campaign that he just kept…no helping other candidates like he lied he would and the flood of fundraising e-mails started up again and the rubes are still giving him money…what the hell is wrong with those people? They must really like being lied to and taken advantage of…after all, he didn’t keep one promise that he made to them and just stole all their money…or are they all just plain stupid? I vote for the last one after hearing these morons speak on tv…don’t have 2 brain cells to rub together between them….geez…
Russian missiles just hit Poland…
Well…how about something a little different? Haven’t talked about the stupid Russian invasion of Ukraine lately, but what happened today needs a little comment….in a huge barrage of terror, the Russians launched almost a hundred missiles into western Ukraine today trying to hit infrastructure and civilians as terrorists do but there was a little problem with the attack when 2 of their missiles went off course and landed on a farm in Poland, killing two people and wrecking some farm equipment. Now, since Poland is a NATO country, they could invoke Article 5 that requires other NATO countries to defend them…but, they probably won’t in this case, opting for an apology from putin and reparations for the damage done and the people killed…after all, Poland has a bigger, better equipped army than Russia does…and just think of that…Russia is supposedly a superpower and little Poland can kick their butts anytime they want…what do you think the rest of the countries that Russia has under their thumb are going to think about that? Even China seems to be abandoning putin and Russian media is talking about a people’s revolt against the government….I’ve never seen one person so miscalculate a military campaign so that it backfires and ruins his attacking country…it will be delicious to see ole putin groveling to the Polish government….and to see who is going to fall out of window next to pay for this mistake…should find out later today….
