April 6th
Well…I think my body has finally given up on me after it went flat yesterday on the outdoor ride and not being able to drag my butt out of bed without lying there for more than a half hour…and that is just not me…I’ve always been able to just pop out of bed when I wake up but I have zero energy and I sure hope it’s not going to be the new normal….and I need to figure out why I’m grinding my teeth so much that I just had to take something for the pain…so I think I do need to take it a bit easy today and only do two rides indoors and call it good…it’s going to be in the 30’s for highs Monday and Tuesday and that sucks for April…I do need to get started on the yard work this week and I may even have to mow the lawn in the next 10 days or so and I’m just not looking forward to that…oh, well…with not being able to eat so much, I’m going to have a lot of food that I will be discarding this week as I try to get back into the normal routine and that sucks…going to steam some cauliflower to go with the leftover chicken thighs and mashed potatoes for lunch and then use up the ham soup and start thinking about what to make tomorrow…maybe some fish? Not much to do today…need to get moving now but I really do need more coffee first so I won’t be on the bike til 7:30…Man U play City at 11:30 but they suck so badly that I probably won’t watch the match….more later…

Well…last week JP Morgan (the investment firm) put out a forecast that we were probably heading for a recession in the 3rd quarter and just a day later changed that to it’s dead certain the we will be in a recession later in the year with the tariffs being the cause…and major economists across the world are calling idiot boy’s imposition of tariffs on everything “the biggest economic mistake in history” that will cost the average American family over 3,000 dollars a year…how that for increasing taxes maga folks? You did this and I don’t want to hear your sob stories when you run out of food and money…you’ll be able to see the results of these tariffs starting in grocery stores this week but I’ve already seen it in staples…I mean when the hell was a 5 pound bag of flour over 5 bucks that it’s going for now? Not until the idiot trump…with the protests going on across the country and world against trump destroying the US, millions of people are turning out to say hell no to letting a South African immigrant fire 300,000 federal workers…I like what California is doing with setting up independent trade agreements with other countries that will bypass the tariffs…after all, California has the 5th largest economy in the world and I’ll bet there are plenty of countries that want sane trade policies…keep up the resistance, folks…we have to…geez…
Having a hell of a time…
Well…damn, this has been a tough day for me…have had no energy all day and dragging my butt out to do the third outdoors today was all I could do and my legs went completely flat on the way back so the pedal up the final hill up to here was just brutal…and I’m not sure what the heck it is…I know I haven’t been eating much and had two days of only one meal this week along with two meal days of only about 800 calories so I guess that’s probably it…but eating takes so much concentration since the dental work to not hurt myself that I just don’t want to do it…I did see Stupid the turkey today after not seeing him for a few days and that was a relief…I fully expect to see him flattened on the pavement since he has no fear of cars…I am going to try to get to a political one later today but I need to do the weight work first and it’s already 3pm…maybe the lack of energy is allergies…my head is plugged up and I’m coughing but not badly enough for this feeling…oh,well…
April 5th
Well…if there was any day that I didn’t need to forget hitting the button on the coffee maker, this is it…and now I sit here waiting for the coffee to brew when I should have a steaming cup on the table giving me life…I must have grinded my teeth all night last night since my lower jaw is aching today and I just had to take something for it…darn…slept okay last night but I couldn’t get out of bed…just laid there for over a half hour I’m so damn worn out…and it’s after 7 already and I need to get on the bike by 7:30 to get the day started…okay, have coffee and it just highlighted how much my jaw hurts right now…owwwww….it’s only 30 degrees right now and I really don’t think we are going to have a spring this year and that is really depressing…I’ll be outside in half thermasuit today if I get out there at all…it’s supposed to be 49 for a high today and then cold and into the 30’s with a slight warm up coming Thursday….going to stop looking at the weather it depresses me so much…not much to do today…just need to drag my ass down to get on the bike in 6 minutes and I don’t know if I have enough fuel in me to do that…I mean one cup of coffee? Not enough….more later….
A pretty good day…
Well…had a pretty good day today and haven’t even had to take any painkillers for the teeth…and I even ate my normal two meals today…okay…a little pain just started so I’ll try to get ahead of it in case it gets worse…I did get a call from my dentist’s office today just to check on how I’m doing after all of the work they had to do to get the teeth out…and I thought that was pretty nice…I think they were a little surprised how well I’m doing…I did get three rides in today and one of them was even outside and it was nice to get some fresh air…didn’t see Stupid the turkey today but didn’t see a flat turkey in the road, either, so that was a good thing…and it looks like I’ll be able to ride outdoors at least once tomorrow but then the weather drops into the 30’s for a couple of days…it’s raining out here again right now and will be all night…again…so we’ll see if that keeps me indoors tomorrow…okay, just finished the first book and want to start the second one….

Well…if you go back to the previous post, you’ll see that I made a bold prediction that after the 1,100 point drop in the stock market yesterday, we were going to see a further drop of over 2,000 points today…and I was right…again…the Dow crashed 2,231 points destroying over 13 trillion dollars in wealth in two days…even the NASDAQ dropped almost 1,000 points and these crashes puts us in bear market territory and, if you have a 401K, you have lost 15% of your money since the orange turd took office…and, as I said earlier, his stupid tariffs haven’t even started to destroy the economy yet and when they do, we’ll be in a full blown recession or even a depression..the last time we had tariffs like this, it caused the great depression in 1929…but idiot boy is fixated on tariffs for a reason that only his adderall riddled brain knows…and we all know there is no one in his corrupt administration that knows how to drag the country out of a recession…hell, they don’t know anything about anything…and we’re all going to feel the pain…geez..

Well…as I told you yesterday, there would be another bad day for the stock market today and it is…the Dow is down another 1,100 points so far today and I’ll bet it will be close to 2,000 down by the end of trading following the 1,700 point drop yesterday…and this is down 10% + since the orange idiot took office…and the NASDAQ is in full bear territory at a 20% loss since the stupid asshole took office…so the “great businessman” that you maga dolts voted for is killing the economy and I really hope you assholes pay for this…oh, and China just matched the 34% tariffs that stupid put on them…the economy is going to pay for this stupidity in the next quarter when there will be no growth or negative growth and the job cuts will be coming soon…and the rest of the world will be laughing at us as they forge new trade alliances and figure out that they don’t need the US at all…and this is all the repubs fault…I can’t wait for the 2026 elections when the unemployment rate is over 10% ad we’ve been in a recession for more than a year…geez…

Well…I guess the two day rule works for jaw pain as it does for the rest of my body…my whole face hurts this morning and I’ve already taken some pain killers to try to cut it a bit….man, I feel like crap today and I’m still grinding my teeth like crazy and I wonder if this is going to be the new normal? I sure hope not….didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I’m not going to do much today with how I feel right now…I do need to go out to pick up two prescriptions after I get a ride or two in and I am going to try to get an outdoor ride in this aft…I am already tired of having to take tiny little bits of food and keep the sockets from filling with it…and I have 6 months of that crap to get through….yeah…I do sound depressed because I am…it’s April 4th and it’s only 31 degrees here and there is no warm up in the forecast so that is depressing, too…it may get into the 50’s today but then back into the 30’s and that is just wrong…oh, well…not much to do today….just going to survive the day with how I feel and get on the bike here in a few minutes…more coffee first….more later…

Well…I think it was yesterday that I told you that the idiot trump’s imposition of his stupid tariffs was going to crater the stock market and I was right…the Dow was down almost 1,700 points today and the futures are looking like this is going to continue tomorrow…since the idiot took office, the Dow is down almost 5% and many of the companies that are part of the Dow averages were down over 10% today destroying trillions of dollars of wealth and hitting everyone’s 401K like a punch in the face…and the real effect of these stupid tariffs is yet to come as inflation will soar and people living paycheck to paycheck (most trump voters) will go hungry and lose their homes since there are no support programs left after the repubs and musk cut them all…so this is what you get maga voters…you did this to us and you still support this ignorant asshole who can’t even balance a checkbook let alone run the US economy…I really do hope you starve so there will be less stupidity and hate in this country…geez…
