Well…just got back from running an errand to envy and have been reading some articles about the ICE invasion of Minneapolis and it’s even worse that reported…these thugs have been using chemical weapons against protesters that would be a war crime if used on a battlefield…and they have been ramming cars and then dragging people out of them an arresting them for driving down the street…and just yesterday they pulled that bullshit on an American citizen….a Marine veteran who was held overnight even though they have no authority to do that…and they tried to injure her at the detention center shouting “have you not learned? That’s why we killed that lesbian bitch”…and a long term study showed that ICE thugs have been stepping in front of cars for years so it will give them an excuse to shoot people…I call for ICE to be abolished and all of these thugs arrested and jailed…enough is enough…geez..

Well…I don’t know when dragging my butt out of bed at 5:09 became the new normal but I sure don’t like it at all…tonight is going to be the night where I take an otc sleeping pill to get more sleep…I’m just so damn worn out and I’m having a hard time getting going…I wonder if I need to keep taking my BP after the doctor appointment yesterday…it’s become almost a habit but I don’t think any more data is necessary after we made the decision that the med change has worked and we’re leaving it there…after I get the exercise in this morning I’m going to make a run out to envy to replenish some supplies…didn’t get anything done yesterday and that is getting to be an old record for me…the kitchen and bathroom need some work along with the living room but all I want to do is read and that needs to change…it’s only 6 weeks to March and this winter can’t be over too soon…I wonder why I live in Michigan when I could sell this joint and move someplace warm? Not much to do today…just the normal stuff and the errand but that will be enough….more later…
The doctors are happy…
Well…after the 11am call from the doctor’s office about the recent changes in my BP medicine that have worked…they are happy and no more changes are necessary…after looking at the records I have been making that showed that I have only had 3 readings of over 130 for the past two weeks, and comparing them to the previous two weeks where there were 15 readings over 130, it is clear that the change has worked…I got started so early today after getting out of bed at 5:11 that I had everything done before 9am…and that was cool…even did two rides and they were quite easy…so now I have to activate my new credit card before I go back to reading…
Jerome Powell brings the truth…
Well…you know the idiot trump is involved when the Chair of the Fed has to put out a statement that the threat to indict him on bullshit charges is not going force him genuflect to idiot boy and lower interest rates…I guess this is where we are as the repubs let the idiot use the justice department as his own way to attack his enemies…and Powell went on to say that they will base any decisions on facts and not political bullshit that idiot boy is pushing…the Federal Reserve is an independent agency that the idiot trump has no power over and that is the biggest part of this whole debacle…trump hates when people do their jobs based on facts and not his fever dreams of stupidity…good on ya, Powell…geez…
January 12th
Well…up at 5:11 this morning and that is getting really old…I may have to take an otc sleeping pill tonight since I am so worn out all the time…have a phone doctor appointment this morning so I need to get going and get the weight work and two rides in before that…but I’m barely moving so that is going to be a task…didn’t get a lot done yesterday and I’m not sure why that is…need to stop reading so much so I can get this place cleaned up…and I need to figure out meals for the rest of the week…have been eating too many eggs and need to get back to chicken…and potatoes…might make some potato soup later in the week or take some ham soup out of the freezer…have 4 pizzas in the freezer so I may make one of those today but I’ll have to add onions and olives to go with the pepperoni…not much to do today…just want to get through the appointment and all of the exercise so I can take it easy this aft…more later…
Walks are clean…
Well…I did get out and shoveled the walks after the rides today and it was sunny enough to melt the ice off them so they are now clear…have a phone consultation at 11am tomorrow to go over what the results have been from the change in my BP meds…it appears to have raised my resting heart rate from the low 60’s into the high 60’s to low 70’s and I don’t like that one bit…have only been over 130 twice since I started it and I hope this is good enough since I tolerated the change pretty well…have some kind of medical thing every week for the next three weeks and that’s getting to be a pain in the butt…but I am looking forward to having this lesion taken off my face and hope it’s not cancer…okay, need to go out to amazon and look at some stuff…
Maybe I should buy a weapon…
Well…after the murder of Renee Good by ICE in Minneapolis last week, It has dawned on me that it is getting dangerous to be out in public everywhere with the ICE thugs running rampant over our towns and cities…so I’m thinking of getting a pistol to protect myself even though I’m an old white guy that shouldn’t have any worries about getting stopped…but Renee Good was a white woman that ICE had no reason to stop and look what happened to her…since the ICE thugs are only there to terrorize everyone they should be designated as terrorist group and every damn one of them should be arrested on sight…I’ve had enough of the trump government trying to scare people into obeying these thugs and we need to take to the streets in protest…geez…

Well…sitting here freezing my butt of again at 5:55 and I am getting really tired of being so cold…there really must be something wrong with me to feel so cold all the time…hoping the coffee helps warm me up…going to have to go out and shovel the 5 inches of snow we got yesterday but what I just couldn’t drag myself out to do…and I need to do an online check in for the phone call about my BP Monday…didn’t sleep much last night and was up at 3:11 and barely got back to sleep so I am worn out this morning…not sure what I’m going to eat today…probably finish up the chili dogs but will need to dig in the freezer for another one…or maybe I’ll just do a bagel and the chili dog and nothing else…who knows? More later…

Well…first idiot boy threatened to invade Greenland but now he’s trying to buy it by offering every resident 100,000 dollars…at that rate, the purchase price would be about 5.7 billion dollars and guess whose pocket it’s coming out of? Surely not his so it will be you and me and I never voted for that crap…and why does he have such a hard on for the US to steal Greenland from Denmark who has owned it since 1751? First he says he is going to take it by force but then the rest of NATO said they will defend the country if idiot boy tries that crap…so, of course he backs down and tries to buy it…no jobs being created, inflation way up and nothing is affordable but his number one issue is trying to steal Greenland…another impeachable offense…geez…
Can’t get warm again…
Well…after doing the bike rides, it’s another day where I can’t get warm and I’m not sure what the heck is going on with this old body…was just reading on the couch with 2 blankets and the heating pad on but my hands are cold as if I went outdoors with no gloves on…oh, well…so I’ll be back under the blankets in a few minutes…it is still snowing out here and we have already gotten a few inches with more to come…almost all of the snow piles were gone yesterday but it looks like we’ll be warm enough to melt this snow over the next few days but then normal January temps come back with highs in the 20’s…no big storms in the forecast so I guess that’s something…okay, need to go look for a political topic…
