Well…when did criminals get to say what evidence against them can be seen by prosecutors? Just this morning, trump and his criminal minions asserted a non-existent executive privilege to keep the congress from seeing the entire Mueller report, adding to his obstruction and turning it into a full-blown coverup that is being run by his toady AG William Barr…now it’s the time for Nancy Pelosi to step up and say that this can’t stand and start impeachment proceedings against idiot boy…if you discard all of the Mueller report, this action by itself is the “high crimes and misdemeanors” necessary to start the investigation process which gives the House broad powers to access anything they want…and this has been upheld by every court in the land since the country was founded. It appears that the dems are starting to grow a spine with the vote to hold Barr in contempt of congress this morning but that is not enough…Mnuchin and all of the rest who are part of this conspiracy need to be hauled in front of congress and charged with breaking the law and that includes Barr….the very existence of our democracy hangs in the balance and the dems need to stop thinking of the political fallout of impeachment since there may be no country left if they don’t get moving…impeach…

Mitch McConnell is just a liar…
Well…you know, if ole Mitch would have been in office when Watergate was happening, he would have been the one last supporter that kept lying that Nixon was innocent…and would have gone on the senate floor to lie just like he did today to assert that the trump/Russia investigation was “over” and that the dems just need to move on since it was really Obama that was at fault in not catching the Russians quicker…ignoring his own role in making sure that Obama couldn’t reveal the ongoing investigation to the American people before the election. McConnell never once thought of the country but just his political calculations and how he could use trump if he helped the Russians elect him….and by blocking any revelation of the contacts and help trump got from the Russians, he has set the country up with this fake president who destroys more of the country every day. At least Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer called bullshit on these lies immediately after ole Mitch made them but need to continue to counter his lies every damn time he continues…maybe the media will finally do their job and stop the “both sides do it” bullshit and just say that the repubs are all lying…all the time…impeach…
375 prosecutors can’t be wrong…
Well…amid the cries of “no obstruction” coming from the criminal in chief, today we have the counterpoint to those lies coming from 375 former federal prosecutors who today stated unequivocally in an online posting that the only reason that idiot boy was not charged with multiple felonies of obstruction of justice is that he is president…and they made this judgement with just the evidence that was presented in the Mueller report…not the underlying evidence that supports the report. No matter how much the criminal in chief bleats that he is innocent, the evidence shows that he is a multiple felon, not even counting the campaign finance violations that the SDNY convicted Michael Cohen of and that Cohen has testified he was ordered to do by trump. Ole donnie boy better start sweating because of his continued attacks on the rule of law…there is going to be at least one prosecutor who will take all this evidence and charge him after he is out of office…there is a lot of institutional pride in people in the justice system that will want to ensure that no one is above the law…and, let’s remember all of the things that were not addressed in the Mueller report…namely trump’s finances and tax returns that are widely suspected to be a swamp of fraud and that are under investigation across the country. Poor, poor donnie…bluster and attack all you want…you are going to jail after your squatting in the WH is done…and there is not a damn thing you can do about it…or Mueller testifying to the House…tick tock asshole…impeach…
Over 1200 farms gone…
Well…hey, Wisconsin dairy farmers that voted for the idiot trump…how’s that working out for you? At least 1,200 of you are now without a farm due to the grifter in chief’s stupid tariffs and a couple of thousand more will be lost in the next year if nothing is done to fix the stupidity oozing out of the WH. But, I’m sure you still support the idiot since Hillary has something, something e-mails…right? That’s really sticking it to the libs when you lose your farm, right? Look, I do feel for ignorant people who, through no fault of their own, voted for the idiot and his policies due to trump’s lies…but, to continue to support him after losing family farms that have been in the family for generations is just pure, unadulterated stupidity that can’t be forgiven…after all, these people saddled us with the ignorant, stupid, reality show loser that shows his venality and criminality every day….and these “real Americans” deserve whatever they get…impeach…
Tin soldiers and Nixon comin’
Well…just a short one of remembrance for one of the terrible days from my youth…49 years ago today, 4 students were killed by the Ohio National Guard on the campus of Kent State University for doing nothing more than exercising their constitutional rights to protest the Vietnam war….this was a changing moment for me at 17 years old with the spectre of going to Vietnam hanging over my head and the blind allegiance to our country beginning to be questioned every day with the revelations of what was happening in our names. This may seem trite but Neil’s song still distills the event to me…”what if you knew her and found her dead on the ground?” The sad thing is this crap is still going on today in our communities of color….and I still feel the despair of that day…if these 4 students could be gunned down, then no one was safe anymore…
Wasn’t going to do politics today…
Well…have had a long day today with getting out twice and doing 30 miles on the bike and I almost gave up on politics for the day…but, a short article I just read made me have to come here to do one…idiot boy is at it again with his “private” talks with Putin…and trump didn’t say one word to put Putin on the spot for his interference in the 2016 election or his continuing efforts to screw with the US in general…nope, idiot boy only wanted to talk about Mueller and his delusional belief that he was “exonerated”…and I bet Putin was just rolling his eyes and laughing internally about how well he did his job as the spy that he is and that trump is such a moron….who the hell talks to our greatest adversary like that? Putin probably patted little donnie on the head and said “good boy” when trump confirmed to him, again, that 2016 was one of Russia’s most successful intelligence coups in it’s history and that he is not going to do anything to stop the ongoing meddling….is this enough to impeach this ass? It sure should be…impeach…

Well…with William Barr’s testimony to the Senate yesterday that was filled with lies, half truths and obstruction…even the normally circumspect Nancy Pelosi stated that he committed a crime with his lies, as did every dem that had to listen to his bullshit about his behavior with the Mueller report…and there is a chorus in the country calling for this liars resignation. That was before he blew off the House today where he was scheduled to undergo questioning by staff lawyers about the obvious lies he told even before he lied to the Senate yesterday….and that Senate testimony would be a road map for the House to get to the truth…but, Barr is so terrified of being exposed as the perjurer that he is that he is using the excuse that the House doesn’t have the authority to use lawyers to question him, it can only be done by the members themselves…I got news for you Billy, the co-equal legislative branch sets their own rules on testimony, and the executive branch has not one damn thing to say about it…you don’t get to blackmail the House by saying you won’t show up unless they conduct the hearing your way….in fact you will be held in contempt of congress and prosecuted if you don’t show…and that is where we are today…Barr blew off the House and now the vote to hold him in contempt is going to happen this afternoon…and guess what, Billy, you can be arrested if you don’t show up and held in custody until you do testify….is this what you envisioned when you decided to join the trump crime family? Oh, that’s right, you were already one of the slimiest operators in DC even before you begged trump to hire you…now, I just hope that Nadler and Pelosi follow through and restore the rule of law…and make this ass pay for his part is destroying this country…impeach…
Dead man walking…
Well…one of the things that happen when I get up too damn early is that I have time to fill before I can get on the weight machine and not wake up the neighbors…and I just needed to comment on the fact that William Barr was shown to be a huge liar last night on every news show…last night, it was revealed that Mueller sent Barr a scathing letter on March 27th saying that he misrepresented the findings that Mueller put in the report and in no way shape or form did he say what Barr said he did in his “summaries” or in his lie filled press conference. Mueller then followed the letter up with a 20 minute phone call to Barr to discuss what was in the letter…and that is a huge problem for Barr since he went in front of congress on April 10th and lied his ass off that he didn’t know what Mueller thought about Barr’s shenanigans with the releasing of the report and his misrepresentations of what Mueller’s conclusions were. This is a clear case of obstruction of justice and perjury by Barr and the calls for his resignation are coming more and more as time goes on…I guess my question is: don’t any of these morons know that they would be found to be lying? That there is tape of them testifying and it can’t be explained away by bullshit and bluster? This makes Barr a dead man walking and impeachment proceedings should be started if he doesn’t resign today…impeach…

Well…with the blatant, open corruption that is being led by William Barr at the Justice Department on a daily basis, we now are going to have the chance to see just how corrupt it has become…just this morning, Adam Schiff, the chair of the House Intelligence committee, said he plans to make a criminal referral to the DOJ about Erik Prince’s testimony to the committee since the evidence shows that Prince lied to the committee about his meeting with the Russians in the Seychelle Islands…saying that the meeting with a Russian banker was just a “chance encounter” but Mueller evidence shows that there was preparation for the meeting with a set agenda that dealt with “improving” US and Russian relations. So, just another idiot in the trump orbit trying to work with the Russians and then lying about it to congress but with the new twist that trump now has his personal “fixer” in Barr who will find many, many bogus reasons to not bring these clear charges of perjury…and by this action, the Justice department loses a little more credibility that the dems will have to step in and fix when trump and his minions are gone…impeach…
Is there no integrity anymore?
Well…I sure hope you’re laughing at that title because you know, when we talk about anyone in trump’s orbit, there never was any integrity about anything…and you just have to look at Rod Rosenstein and William Barr to emphasize that. We all know what a shill for the idiot trump Barr is…but, just this past weekend, in a speech he gave and in some reporting, Rosenstein was revealed to be just as much in the tank for trump…regularly giving him updates on the investigation into him in direct contravention of DOJ rules and, more than that, against any bit of personal integrity that Rosenstein should have shown given the supposed independence of the DOJ. Ole rod was shown to be the worm that he is when he did all of this in fear of losing his job…yep, he helped destroy the DOJ and the US just so he could protect his pension and fawned all over trump just for that purpose, telling him he was on trump’s “team” and could “land the plane” of the Mueller report so it would not hurt trump. I know I’ve used this analogy before, but it is still pertinent to these behaviors by Barr and Rosenstein…now, when John Gotti was under investigation, would it have been proper for the FBI or the DOJ to give him “updates” on how the investigation of him was going? Yeah, we all know the answer to that one…no, no NO! Rosenstein has now cemented his place in American history as the worst deputy AG that has ever been in the DOJ and I really hope that the media will keep pounding this until he ends up an ambulance chaser in Podunk…that’s all he deserves…impeach…
