Well…I injured myself on the bike this morning…when I was passing another biker at full sprint this morning, he swerved right in front of me and I had a choice to make…either t-bone him at 20 mph or lay the bike down in the sand and rocks next to the trail…so I laid it down and injured my whole left side…the handlebar stabbed my left knee and left a nice round bruise and my elbow hit a rock and it bled all the way back here and it hurts like crazy so there will be a bruise there later today…and my upper ribcage and lower back are already painful so I took an ibuprofen to head that off…I just wish the idiots on the trail would pay attention…I’m tired of doing it for everyone…
