Well…up at 4:54 this morning and that is not going to be good for my day…pouring the coffee down to try to get moving…slept okay but too damn short but what can you do about it? Had an okay day yesterday but surely didn’t eat enough with just a bowl of soup and a dog for about 700 calories and I really should be eating 1,500 or so…oh, well…didn’t get anything done yesterday but making soup but isn’t that enough? I am going to clean the kitchen today and maybe dust in here but not right now…just need to ease into it and get to the weight work here in 20 minutes or so….the final qualifying for F1 is on at 8:30 so I need to get the 1st ride in before that…I did take some bacon out of the freezer so I can make breakfast for dinner today and use up some of the eggs I have in the fridge…not much to do today…just the normal stuff and cleaning…my bp was good this morning at 117/71 and I wish it would stay that way but I know it won’t…more later…
