February 22nd

Well…I don’t know how I’m going to do it but I need to break this pattern of waking up at 4:30 and getting out of bed at 5am….it’s just not sustainable and I really do need more sleep…but I’ll dig deep and get things done…the men’s hockey final is on at 8am so I’ll need to get at least one ride in before that…didn’t eat anywhere near enough calories yesterday with just a bagel and two bowls of soup so I’ll have to fix that today…thinking of trying one of the 4 cheese self rising pizza that will add lots of calories…going to add pepperoni, green pepper, onions, and ham along with some extra cheese…should be about 700 calories for two slices so I’ll get close to the thousand calories I need for the day…not going to do much else today since the lack of calories has me in go slow mode today…edging toward March but it’s not going to warm up for 10 days or so…so I guess I’ll just hunker down and survive it…more later…
