Well…you read that right…I was able to get out to Lake Michigan on the trails today and only had to walk the bike about 300 yards in 12.5 miles…and most of that was along the base of the bluff along Muskegon Lake that doesn’t get much sun…it’s never been open this early in the 5 years I’ve lived out here…all of the snow we had did nothing to raise the water level in Muskegon Lake but it doesn’t look worse either so I guess that’s something…the condo project looks like a ghost town with it going into receivership last fall and there was not one car or truck in any of the parking lots so it looks like the restaurant has closed after only being open a year…so it was a busy morning after the rides, grocery run, and washing the crud off the bike so I can lube it up tomorrow since it is going to be raining most of the day…it feels good to ride more than 20 miles in a day for the first time this year…time to read a bit..
