Well…as the supreme court ruled that the idiot trump’s tariffs are illegal, a mechanism had to be found to rebate those tariffs…and, of course, only businesses are eligible to even apply for the refunds…so business gets to keep all of the higher prices they’ve been charging with no thought or requirement that business refund the money to us who actually paid for the tariffs through higher prices…so now business gets a 168 billion dollar windfall that came out of our pockets…and I think that’s a reward for them not bitching too much about the tariffs…I think they knew that tariff refunds were coming since they knew that idiot boy and his cronies were telegraphing that from the start so all they had to do was wait it out and get rewarded as they picked our pockets…this is always the same kind of bullshit you get with the repubs…to hell with the consumers but let’s reward business for keeping quite and filling the idiot’s coffers with grift money…and this is bullshit…geez…
