Well…another day of feeling just damn worn out and I am getting a little concerned about it…I mean I had more energy when I was hungover and drinking and that just sucks since I started this out feeling great…and I felt great to start the day but then around noon the bottom fell out again and I felt exhausted all afternoon…I know I did do the weight work and an indoor ride and then stripped the bed and did laundry, cleaned the microwave and the stove but that’s not enough to use all my energy…oh, and the grocery run…maybe it had something to do with getting out of bed at 5am…or the old thing I always blame of not eating enough but today what I had was an orange for breakfast, then a bowl of soup for lunch, and then some rice stir fry for dinner…and that is close to 1K calories and I’ve been surviving on that for years now…and I didn’t even do an outdoor ride today since it never got to 50 out here…so, I’m going to stop bitching about the lack of energy and just shift into survival mode and try to figure out what is going on…reading time…
