Well…it’s been a busy day today with getting on the bike at 6:20 am and getting two rides in before 9am and then got right to the yard work I had to do…trimmed the shrub that is next to the back door and the mulberry tree that has so many berries on it that the branches were too low for me to mow under them…then trimmed all the other trees and bushes, ran the string trimmer, mowed the lawn, did the weed walk, and then treated the ant nests that were taking over the yard…and that took me til after 12 and I thought that was enough for the day…so I made another egg salad sandwich for lunch and I figured out why the one I made yesterday just didn’t taste right…I used mayo instead of whip and as soon as I tasted today’s sandwich it had the taste it was supposed to have so no more mayo for those…for a while, whip had a strange taste to me but I guess it’s better now…just started the latest “Reacher” novel and I’m going to spend the rest of the afternoon just reading with the world cup on in the background…have a chicken breast to bake with a potato and corn for dinner but I will need to figure out tomorrow’s meals soon…man, I’m going to be sore tomorrow..took an ibuprofen before I got started today and that helped with my back but everything else hurts so I’m going to take it easy for a while…
