Well…don’t really want to talk about my crappy sleep anymore so I won’t…okay, I did have a frustrating dream last night where I lost something and the entire dream was trying to find it…yeah, that sucks and it leaves me with discomfort right now…oh, well…we did get a bunch of rain yesterday and it was about time…the whole system set up and came at us from every direction as the day went on and the low moved through…it was our turn to get rain and it looks like there is more coming Wed and Thurs…glad I got the lawn mowed the other day…going to get out on the bike as soon as it gets light this morning which gives me 20 minutes or so to pour the coffee down and hope it works with how worn out I feel…need to toast a bagel this morning, too since I am in danger of not eating enough again even though I made popcorn again last night…feels like depression is coming again and I hope the bike rides will help that but I’m due for a bout since I’ve been good for such a long time…so today I’ll hunker down and sleep walk through the day until I know what’s going on….more later…
